Disappointing visit. The shop was dark and lifeless, with only one staff member who seemed untrained and overwhelmed. Most flavors were unavailable, and the ice cream we did try lacked the creamy texture and flavor you’d expect from nitrogen ice cream. The register wasn’t working properly, and they couldn’t accept credit cards — luckily I had cash. Overall, a mediocre experience. This place needs better management and serious improvements before I’d consider returning or recommending it.

We went SubZero for milkshakes we where greeted with depressing decor and an unenthusiastic employee. We needed a lid a lid for our ice cream and they had none. Overall we have no plans to return.

My family and I have been coming to this place for over two years. We love the ice cream and we used to love the service. There was someone at the front, of Asian descent, who always made us feel very welcome. He always had a smile on his face and was incredibly kind and charismatic.

Unfortunately, the service has changed since the staff changed. A couple of months ago, we had an experience that wasn’t very pleasant. Today, we decided to give it another try, but sadly, the same thing happened — and we decided to leave.

We truly hope the customer service improves, because this place has always felt warm and welcoming to us, and we really love it.

The young lady who assisted us was not happy, she seemed annoyed that we came at the time we did. Before ordering, she told us we couldn’t eat the ice cream in store because they were closing. I came close to leaving but decided to stay. Stupid move on my part. That should have been enough to leave especially since we came in 20 min before closing and I had no intentions of staying. Overall, we didn’t have a good experience, they were out of everything and what we got wasn’t good either. I threw away my son’s vanilla cup because neither he nor I liked it. The four kids ate their stuff, they were just happy to eat ice cream.

Great place Staff is outstanding service is excellent and flavors out of this world delicious also try their Italian ice with flavored bobas ohhh yeah Yummmy

I loved my experience at Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream, the way they flash-freeze your custom creation right in front of you is so cool to watch and its is definitely a unique treat I’d come back for. We wanted vegan ice cream and the girl who made our ice cream was really really helpful and explained us everything with patience.

RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! a girl with red hair. My friends and i get there 45 minutes at 9:53pm before closing time which is 10:30pm. She would not open the door. This is my favorite place to go for a night snack but i’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Don't know the name but the girl who served me and my boyfriend today was rude. We both walked in together but only asked my boyfriend and made his ice cream without asking me if I wanted any. Only 1, the rude girl worked when there was 3 people total on the floor. The ice cream was as always amazing and this was my first time not having a good service at this location.

About $35 for 4 small ice creams is pretty wild so I won’t be going back but the taste was good. They had to make two of ours twice because it over froze and they couldn’t scrap it into the cup. Overall it’s good if you want to try something different but I could imagine what 4 large cups would have came out to.

Went in with my husband, I got a regular size & he got a large. Was unsure of what to get but had a general idea. Young man who was there to make the ice cream was very helpful and welcoming! Ice cream was very delicious & filling! Definitely recommend this!
