I have been coming to subzero for many years now!!! I think this is my favorite ice cream store I've ever been to! The quality is absolutely incredible! I've been to other ice cream places like cold stone where the ice cream taste way too sweet! However, subzero has always tasted incredible! The waffle is my favorite! It taste incredible with or without the ice cream! The customer service has been great as well! They really make sure they prepare your ice cream just the way you want it with every little detail! Overall with customer service, I rate subzero a 10! Ice creams I would rate them an 11 out of 10 because the ice cream taste out of this world! I look forward to returning!!!

The ice cream is delicious and it is fun to watch how it is being prepared with dry ice. On the other hand this process takes some time especially if there are other customers in line, so be patient.

I ordered two ice creams. The coffee one was watered down and had no flavour. The keylime pie tasted like straight sugar with no flavor. Probably the worst ice-cream I have ever had. I asked for a refund and was denied one. It wasn't expensive so no biggie but idk how this place is even operating.

Stopped in with a friend to try this place. It is very cool the way that they make the ice cream. For a large price is $7.70 plus you add an extra dollar for each topping you want on the ice cream. So for a couple of toppings you are at almost $10. If you add the small waffle style cone it is another dollar and change. Overall the the taste was good and we enjoyed it. It is worth a visit.

Impressive that they can use nitrogen to make icecream that isn't cold lol not sure if they were having an off day but my order had a nasty glue like consistency and the flavor was supposed to be guava but it was just sugary with no hint of anything else. Will not return.

Definitely a really interesting experience! We were craving ice cream on a Monday night after dinner and found this spot to be the only one open past 10pm, so away we went! You have a variety of options between picking from a pre-made selection, creating your own, and even sorbets. Though the flavor was lacking, I will say the texture was great. I also really love that you can add in fun toppings. The employee helping us out tonight was extremely kind and had great customer service skills.

Gimmick...Nothing out this world. The flavor of the ice cream was nothing spectacular for such an expensive ice cream. Who cares that they made it in front of me...I didn't want to pay $8 for a small cup of ice cream that doesn't taste any better than store-bought product.
