This is the absolute worst subway ever. Every single time without fail, when i place an order for pickup or delivery, they take forever. I placed an order for pickup at a specific time window, showed up after that time, and they didn’t have it ready. When i told them i was here to pick up that order, they made THREE peoples orders that walked in after me before mine. This place is terrible

If you’ve ever wondered what disappointment smells like, just walk into this Subway across from the Miami Heat arena. The ambiance screams “health code violation,” with mold casually hanging out around the food like it’s part of the toppings. And don’t even look up—the vents look like they’ve been filtering regret since 2003.

If your idea of a thrill is playing stomach-virus roulette, this is your spot. Bon appétit and good luck.

Called to cancel an order before they made it and these people don't know how to answer the phone, I called 30 times and never an answer now I'm out $55.

I ordered two sandwiches through the app and decided to eat them inside the store. When I received my order, I noticed the sandwiches were made with the wrong bread. I brought this to the employee’s attention, but he told me the sandwiches were already made and claimed they didn’t have the bread I ordered. However, I could clearly see the correct bread on the bread rack.

Additionally, I ordered two different sandwiches with different meats, but he rushed through the process and gave me tuna for both, instead of the chicken I ordered. My friend, who is allergic to seafood, could not eat the sandwich. I brought the order back and explained the issue to him. He apologized, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating.

The evening/night shift employee appeared rushed, unorganized, and unprofessional, making the experience unpleasant and unacceptable.
