We actually like going to Subway, but the service here is unfriendly and doesn't actually want any guests.
The toilet apparently doesn't work either.

I went here for lunch and to browse around the midtown shops. I ordered capicola instead of bacon. I said steak in the video, but I meant bacon. I like steak on protein bowls I get at Subway. I like spinach, pickles, cucumber, olive, banana pepper, and Sriracha sauce. I get southwest if Sriracha isn't available. overall good.

The service in this place is terrible, they have only one person serving the public, the soda machines do not have liquid and the waiting time was more than 10 minutes. It is a shame that in the place where they are located they have such bad service due to lack of staff

He is like my lifesaver, depending on the day I like the seller better than another.

So I order a footlong tuna sub on the mobile app literally 40 minutes ago and I get to this location and the young girl tells me it’s no more tuna. I’m pescatarian. I only eat seafood. So I asked her ok what’s next? She says you can cancel on the app and you’ll be refunded. I show her where there is no option for this current order. It just says ready. She then says we’ll come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. This is my dinner I ordered since I’m at work on break. I told her of course not then I’ll have to go somewhere else and spend more money knowing that there isn’t a pending refund. I said call or text your manager. She says I did are you going to wait until he text back. I told her of course I will they close at 10 I get off at 10. This is ridiculous when I could have been refunded upfront and went to make another purchase at another location. I’m irritated and will never be returning.

I was in the location 3401 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL, 33127 before the 3:30 pm, I was waiting for an hour on the site to the clerk take the order. The location was attended for only 1 person, the youth because I’m completely sure that is a Teenager, the person is nott trained, not knowledge of the sandwich’s and also The person has not knowledge of how to manage the cash register like reprinting invoices, among others. At the moment to close the order, he asked for what was my order!, he was not really sure about the closing So I said again my order just to get the situation faster after more than 1 hour of waiting on the site. Another person can tell you a different order (cheapest ones) and take advantage of the business. Finally the person had a problem to provide the bill, insisted in not provide the bill situation that follow to ask 4 times for my bill in a serious way, just because he refused to provide the bill just for not knowledge of how operate the ERP. One of the costumers who was waiting for the order, tried to help him to operate the cash register to reprint the bill. Finally the clerk took a call from someone probably owner business and I got the bill. Here is the final complaint, I asked for half Italian bread, a subway club, at the moment of the order he didn’t know how to make the club and I said the components of the sandwich, he tried to fool me with a sandwich club just with (Ham / Turkey) NOT roast beef, after 1 hour waiting for a sandwich I said ok just only the Ham and Turkey, but when I was leaving the store and on my way, I’ve checked the bill and I was charged with a subway club, situation completely rude, I was back to the store to loose my time again “why you charged me with a subway club and gave me a sandwich with not roast beef”, he didn’t explain something, tried to avoid the situation and that’s it. I left the place. So how Subway control the Brand, control the business, control the owners of this place, only 1 person attended the place!, with not knowledge of the business operation, costumer service zero, preparation place not organized, not stickers, not organized inside food tables, people loitering on the place at the moment of the visit, The Place is a joke.
