The workers here every time it’s talking by phone with customers waiting, all tables are dirty right now the I’m here. I working near and I coming every day to eat here because I like the subway food, but this store or brand here it’s awful every time the I coming. The owner of this store don’t doing nothing about this so I go to escalate this to the highest level of management possible.

I do not recommend this specific one!! We went on saturday July 5th, around 3pm, 3 people. There was no more costumers but us, even though the tables were all dirty with bread residues. The staff (2 women) were a little rude in attitude (one more than the other, thankfully not the one who made our sandwiches)

The place feels dirty on the ceiling and surfaces and the other worker uses her phone while she was organizing breads and food things, even with her gloves on 🙈🫠.

The sandwiches were not warmed enough, I mean, everything was an experience here (not in a good way) which is a shame because this one is located in Midtown shops which is a really nice area and It would be nice if this restaurant worked fine so I could eat there again. I love Subway and I'd been on a lot of stores but I DO NOT recommend this specific one.

Bad hygiene. The staff wore gloves, however, didn’t take them off after serving the food. She kept the gloves on after making the sandwich, and given changes after I paid. Then I saw her, keeping the same gloves on, and grabbing the vegetables to replenish the food container. It’s super disgusting!

Went this morning and the restaurant was unlocked but apparently not ready to serve since the food was just being brought out they didn't even have the white cutting boards on the serving line no cookies the protein was the minimum my raspberry drink was watered down and the drink station was full of fruit flies and I was being rudely rushed to order didn't even give me enough time to really read the menu smdh and now is when I am feeling the effects of the bad quality food I'm vomiting and using the bathroom in other words food poisoning this place need a visit from the health department!

But only got single extra meat the lady was rude n disrespectful everybody else that work here is great this woman is very bad for business shes judgmental and have a bad attitude

We actually like going to Subway, but the service here is unfriendly and doesn't actually want any guests.
The toilet apparently doesn't work either.

I went here for lunch and to browse around the midtown shops. I ordered capicola instead of bacon. I said steak in the video, but I meant bacon. I like steak on protein bowls I get at Subway. I like spinach, pickles, cucumber, olive, banana pepper, and Sriracha sauce. I get southwest if Sriracha isn't available. overall good.

The service in this place is terrible, they have only one person serving the public, the soda machines do not have liquid and the waiting time was more than 10 minutes. It is a shame that in the place where they are located they have such bad service due to lack of staff
