So I placed an online order and was extremely disappointed and offended with the service after a big boned Latina didn’t want to split my order in half after I specified clearly in the Instructions that I wanted half and half, on top of that I get there and the food wasn’t even ready, even tho I placed it 20 minutes before actually arriving to the store. She hands me the receipt and says you are a little bit special aren’t you. Im guess she said that because she didn’t know how to read or do her job correctly. Don’t know how hard it is to do your job

This is the 4th time my order is marked as ready and it is not. I very kindly asked the same girl who always does the same thing to please stop marking my item as ready when it is not. She persistently blamed the system and I told her it was unnecessary to create excuses. I don’t go there to argue, I simply want to pick up my order and I leave. I hate being continuously told and thinking my order is ready it’s not. Please, it gets annoying.

Never in my life have I seen a subway where I can’t heat up a wrap, employee told me I couldn’t heat up a wrap when I have done it in countless other locations, gave me attitude when I asked to heat it up, horrible service. Ended up walking out because they will not get my money or time.

I come to this subway at least once or twice per week and the service has always been nothing but great, especially the new blonde Hispanic girl, had a massive line yet still managed to not get overwhelmed and attend to everyone with a smile. Top notch service!

Horrible service experience. They ran out of the new Footlong Cookie and when I asked for a refund they refused to refund my purchase. They told me to go in the next day for it, and when I asked for it and showed my receipt, they refused to give me my order or a refund again. I’m disgusted with how this store carries itself.

Long ago this was the best subs in the area, not anymore! Meats quality has gone downhill and the prices have gone up.Management needs to get a grip on things and make some adjustments the competitors have surpassed Subway’s sandwiches. I cannot recommend this place. ?
