This location is always understaffed at times with only one employee preparing sandwiches for a line with extended wait times. The employee on duty around 19h00 on 25 March 2025 was not very professional with how they conducted themself when faced with complications regarding the soda machine and a rather large order while customers were walking in and out.
Fundamentally this location is understaffed and management is not taking care of this location like other Subway restaurants in the area.

I used to love this subway, but today was not like my other experiences. Today when the worker was making my sandwich she never changed her gloves when handling my food and touching things around her. The knife she used to cut the food she didn’t clean she would take a rag and clean it with it.

I went at 9:35pm to get a sub and it was closed already.
The lady inside saw me with my kids and she didn’t care. She told me they were closed already.

Absolute WORST service EVER. Do not bother going here. Theres others nearby. The women there are very rude. Theyre slow with the service and most don’t know anything. They have to call someone on the phone and ask them to help.
I went to this location to pick up an Uber order. The first time I entered I asked one of the workers if the order was ready and they told me that it still needs to be done. So I waited about 5 or 6 minutes and went back in to ask about the order and they told me that it was still missing, even though there were '3 PEOPLE' in the restaurant, the workers made the other orders instead of finishing mine. I hope the workers are replaced by better ones, because these workers make you waste too much time despite having few people in front of you! ?

The woman had zero friendly service. We asked for mayo and she says she will give us mayo light, we ask again for mayo and she says mayo light is the same, we ask agin for mayo and she mentioned that she dont have more mayo. Then we ask for sweet onion teriyaki and she put just a little, we ask for more of it and she says she doesn’t have as much. It is 5:30pm and they close at 10. We came to buy 3 footlong and end with just 1.

See a bunch of bad reviews and can confirm they’re not correct. I went in order was ready for pickup. Very sweet old lady and another nice guy working there. Service was great. I went in and out in less than 3 mins. Excellent location.

My husband ordered online and we waited 30 minutes and they kept making sandwiches to who ever walked in and ours was never made ! That’s just plain wrong!
It’s already a problem living in Kendall for 35 years and being overpopulated with the Hispanic culture thinking that their language is our first language in America so needless to say you definitely can’t be of non Hispanic and go to this location because when they’re gonna ignore you until they’re ready to help you and 2 they don’t even speak English But to make a long story short, don’t go to this location if you’re black
By far the worst experience ever. Made an order on the app was advised ready to pick up. When I arrived to store order not ready waited an extra 45 minutes.

The lady who helped me today June 7 at 6:25 pm, who was rude, rude, a lady with highlights and light eyes, told me that I couldn't add extra ham to the Italian bread and then I went to grab it to see the box of cookies he had and told me: "leave that there" with a stubborn face. She is rude, she doesn't know how to serve customers. I'm not coming back again. I do not recommend this Subway.
Please, you have to change the older lady with dark skin, she is too slow and the attention is terrible, it has happened to me on several occasions
