20 minutes and more than 5 people waiting to be served, and 4 who were tired of waiting have already left, it is impossible for a single person to prepare all the online orders (which, according to what they say, have priority) and also attend the counter, unusual Honestly, this place has only one worker, I won't be coming back.

The lady who helped me today June 7 at 6:25 pm, who was rude, rude, a lady with highlights and light eyes, told me that I couldn't add extra ham to the Italian bread and then I went to grab it to see the box of cookies he had and told me: "leave that there" with a stubborn face. She is rude, she doesn't know how to serve customers. I'm not coming back again. I do not recommend this Subway.

I placed an order online and mad a mistake by adding pickles so I went earlier before they made my sandwich. The lady was ready to make my sandwich so I told her not to add pickles. She told me I have to add pickles since it’s on the online order and she went ahead and put the pickles. Of course I refused the get the sandwich and get co worker apologized and made me a new sandwich. The lady obviously hates her job she is in her 50’s if you go there and see her walk away

We just had the worse experience with the lady that supposedly she was “the manager”We were a group of friend boys and girls talking about how good was the food at subway, after 30min of waiting the Lady that was there Told us to wait for her cause she was preparing bread for future customer! We couldn’t believed it.. so we just left

I'm a firefighter and after a long shift went by the store with a coworker. Hours online were till 11 and posted hours on the stores front door were open till 11. We arrived around 9:50 and the doors were looked with employees sitting inside. After not acknowledging our first few attempts to go in or get their attention finally someone came to the door and said we're closed. We said it's 9:50 and your sign said a 11. Staff insisted on saying sign said 10 until she came out and looked at it. They Ignored us after we said it wasn't even 10pm yet. Horrible customer service

Placed a mobile order at this location at 3:55pm. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The salad was perfectly made. The bag had everything it had to. Just enough napkins, silverware and croutons. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is. It is not very often you get great service with a smile.Thank you for making my order.:)

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile and I had a very set mind about this subway until today. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this subways for YEARS now and we were always attended by the old manager Beatriz. A few months back I was alerted that Beatriz has taken on a new role in the company and the new managers name is Berthania. At first it was glares, my boyfriend likes a lot of spicy and everytime we would ask for extra she would just give us a look to the point where we started feeling uncomfortable whenever we would order with her. The last straw was a day where I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single slice in 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I would have to pay extra. My normal 27 dollar order suddenly became 34. I asked why she responded with “store policy” which I didn’t mind but I had ordered the same many times and never paid that amount. After this whenever she would be on shift I would turn around and eat somewhere else. That all changed today. I had the pleasure of meeting Ariel and Anna. They completely changed my mind about this subway. I have received the BEST SERVICE I have ever gotten at that subway ever. I will come back JUST FOR THEM they made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable with our experience and for once my boyfriend didn’t feel ashamed for his selecting of sandwich. Subway if there is anything you can take from this review, is to hire more employees like Ariel and Anna who care for their customers. Ariel has apperently been working for many years and came back after awhile. His service and knowledge shows this. If this manager continues her wrath of rudeness and stinginess she will run this subway to the ground. ( the worst part is that I complained about the manager at the store and the customer behind me agreed and started telling her story) how sad.

They charged us extra because we only wanted one type of meat. They still made our sub wrong. They didn’t want to exchange it. They said they had to call their manager. They finally decided to exchange it but with an attitude. Yes it’s fresh but their customer service is awful!
