Been there a few times and never had issues. This time, someone new must have been working on my sub, they never wrapped it. They stuck it in the bag and handed it to me upright. When I got back to work all of the toppings were at the bottom of the bag because it was never wrapped, plus they added things I didn't want in the sub and didn't have everything that I DID want in it.

Employees don’t speak English. All the vegetable were wilted and soggy. Deli meat was slimy. No manager on duty. Bad attitude from the get go. Ice should pay them a visit. I’ll never go there again.

Came in today May 25 @ 11:31pm The sign said they closed at 12 AM. When I got there, the open sign was on, but the door was locked when I told the employer and I showed her The closed sign showed at 12 she said She continue waving that they were closed. Someone passed by and told me that she’s known for closing early because she wants to leave And that she’s Known for being rude to just go to Wawa that the sandwiches are better anyways. Mind you this was somebody that works in the plaza.
I ordered a sandwich with double meat and it was like it had barely one and I get double meat all the time the old lady here with an attitude saying that she did and obviously wasn’t the case. I don’t know if you guys are trying to save money or what it is, but it’s a no go

It’s an old bread filled with lettuce and tomatoes difficult to see the 3 ham slices, very disappointed. This is a scam franchise.
