This is more than likely a franchise owned. The couple of times I’ve eaten there have been for lunch. The lady is the same one that served me the last time. Her attitude was horrible and service was terrible. It was like if I was torching her to make the sub. The food prep area was nasty.

Order online and when I went to pick up I had to wait till they finish the line cause they had my food behind the counter instead of the pick up area. When I got home and open my sandwich my turkey cali was missing the guacamole and they put me ham instead of bacon, I specifically put in instructions to cut into 3 pieces and they didn't cut it at all. This is not the 1st subway this has happen to me, I don't know why the employees never bother to read the orders completely before making them.

Visited this subway today and employee Ursula (if that's even her name, no name tags) gave my mom the worst attitude. My mom been there in the past and she experienced the same attitude. She clearly hates her job and therefore she has terrible customer service. My mom travels to a further subway to avoid her. She was upset my mom asked for more lettuce, but honestly she seems like she's just an annoyed person in general. Also, she talks all over your food. The young girl who works there is very sweet. This older lady is so rude. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
