Maritza who was working at this location was rude, distasteful and would not assist my wife and I. We placed an online order which still isn't ready and it's 45 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. She now refuses to cancel the order and is completely ignoring all the patrons in the store. I have never had a worse experience.

Restaurant was clean everything else from there horrible . I came in and there wasn’t anyone in the front I ordered the soup and it was warm not hot! The lady was a lil rude but it was already 9pm understanble I guess , until I got home and realized how bad everything was. From experience to food . My double cheese foot long didn’t even have almost a slice of cheese in it . Hopefully they will reimburse my order

I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong. They charged me $13.86 and forgot to ask me if I wanted any condiments. They gave me just the bread and chicken, no veggies, no dressings. Bread was also very dry and hard

The lady doing shift today 08/29/24 at 5:30pm needs to either get training in customer service or better retire. This type of service is not doing any good to this location. She was very stubborn and lacking manners. Old people should not be working! They should be attending grandkids but if they have to work then they have to be more agreeable and pleasant. Thank God there are more Subways around the area! Hopefully nicer people are working on these other locations
