I actually vowed never to return to this location because of past experiences with team members not mentioned in this review, but after seeing that Brandon still works here, I decided to give it another chance. He’s the reason I came back so BIG shout out to him. Every time I come when he is working, my experience is great! He makes sure every guest is happy, treated with respect and he is the perfect example of what excellent service should look like!!! He definitely deserves a promotion and a raise!!! Subway is lucky to have him!
Additionally, I also want to highlight the excellent service I received from Moises tonight, who I believe is a newer team member. He was friendly from the moment I walked in. His positive energy, politeness, and willingness to provide great service made an excellent first impression. Really impressive! Both Brandon and Moises make this Subway location a pleasure to visit.

Probably the nastiest Subway I have ever been in. The guy who served me mumbled and I could not hear him over the rap music that was blasting in the store. I had to ask him over and over to repeat himself and he never tried to raise his voice and just kept mumbling. He was wearing his subway hat sideways and the girl was wearing a pink hat that made her look like Toad from Mario Kart.
The place was filthy with trash all over the floor and out front, tables were filthy as well and the staff seemed to not care.
On top of that - when I checked out there were three percentages for tips lol. I hit “other” and entered 0.00 and when the guy saw that I didn’t tip him he just stared at me and made a face
Subway has gone way downhill…

The black lady on the night shift with star tattoos on her face has such a STANK AND NASTY attitude. I felt unwelcome! I REFUSED TO LEAVE A TIP ( I don’t even know why the POS system asks to do so!) Whoever the manager is at this location, needs to hire better employees, ASAP!!!

I just want to know. Why is everyone(subway employees) angry!? It's a dark feel every time I visit. This is my 1st review though. It's time. From the manager with the hazel eyes, the short round young man, the 5'8 brown young lady with pigtail plates are UGH! We all are experiencing a drought of some kind. They take no pride in being sandwich makers. They're skimpy with meat and veggies. It's insane to pay almost $10 for a six inch sub that has no presentation to it, asking for more comes with eye rolls and attitudes, and now the POS system ask if you want to tip. It takes everything in me to tip; I do it anyway.

I got a ham and cheese sub yesterday and it was awful. The bread was dry and old. I wanted Mayo on the bread and the slapped it on last on top of everything. Make a horribly sloppy and messy sandwich. Mayo falling everywhere. The 6 inch sub should’ve been $6.49 plus tax. The lady at the register had an attitude and told me I was getting a turkey and cheese and it was gonna be $11 and some change. I politely told her it’s only a ham and cheese and even the lady that made the sandwich said no she got a ham and cheese not a combo. She got upset with me and still decided to charge me for MVP sandwich paying nine dollars for a 6 inch ham and cheese sub. She had an attitude with me and I was walking out. She called me the B word. My daughter is in the hospital and I’m under stress , and with this being the subway that serves Jackson Memorial Hospital would think that the employees would be a little more sympathetic and kind and just have better customer service. It really hurt My feelings that people can treat you This way. I hope something can change at the subway.

Well, I don't know, I spent 40 minutes waiting for someone to serve me when they finished all the orders they had and I stood like a fool... incredible and when I asked for my salad they said they didn't have a protein bowl, what a disappointment and the place was not nice!
I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Tina! She went above and beyond to make sure my veggie sub was just the way I like it. She was kind, patient, and very attentive to what I needed. It’s rare to see that level of care and customer service these days, and Tina truly made my visit special. Thank you, Tina, for taking such good care of me — you’re the reason I’ll keep coming back!

I always come to eat at this place, customer service in daytime crew is 5 out of 10 so I always leave a tip. But today after I purchased my food and gave a good tip I asked if I can could get a cup for some water and the told me I had to pay for the cup to get water! I was not only disappointed but realize how stingy the owner or whoever made that rule to deny WATER! I won’t ever eat at this location or the location nearby because I know it’s own by the same person:

First time coming to Subway in a while. The food was great and In a very convenient location! The customer service could’ve been better, with the staff being a little more helpful. Other than that I am very satisfied with my experience at the suite F location!

The Yound Man from Lastnight Acted like He didn’t wanna work An had the nerve to Tell me I asked you what you wanted when clearly I said it loud obviously he was high So stingy with my toppings that looked old as crap like that was the worse ever even the soda machine was watered down I’m surely calling corporate his service was bad really bad lastnight
