The blonde older lady at the front on 8/12/25 at noon is too aggressive to be working in customer service. She doesn’t speak English and was messing up the order the entire time. Instead of asking for clarification if she didn’t understand, she getting mad and giving attitude for no reason. I left because of her rudeness. Please review camera footage of how she was acting. It was extremely unnecessary
I placed an online order for two sandwiches with different ingredients: one with black olives and the other without, as the second one was for someone allergic to olives. When I went to eat them, I found that both sandwiches had black olives.
I went back to the store to explain the mistake to the young lady who attended me, kindly asking her to correct it. Initially, she insisted that I had ordered both sandwiches with black olives and showed me the receipt. However, when she read the receipt again, she realized that she was mistaken and that the order was indeed correct, with only one sandwich supposed to have black olives.
Despite this, after about 5-10 minutes, she simply told me she had removed the olives from the incorrect sandwich. The sandwich was cold, even though I had originally ordered it toasted, so I had to ask her to at least heat it again since she didn’t make a new one, which is what should have happened.
I believe that when working in customer service, especially with food, it’s crucial to be careful to avoid mistakes that could cause harm. Additionally, if a mistake is pointed out, it should be properly corrected. The attitude of the young lady was disappointing, particularly since the night before, an older lady provided excellent service, very kind and attentive.
After today’s experience, I’m very disappointed. I didn’t say anything else about the sandwich because I didn’t feel comfortable with how she treated me and having to explain her job multiple times. I ended up going to a different restaurant.

Disgusting the lady overdid everything even I said light and use paper bag for the sandwich that just kept breaking very discouraging since this was takeout for my grandmother in the hospital.

It was a rainy day in South FL (miami). Decided to take advantage of the BOGO deal Subway was offering online.I went into the store and attempted to place my order online, after confirming they would honor the offer.As I was sitting in the restaurant, two other men walked in to place their orders. The employee had three sandwiches spread neatly in front of her, as she was filling a long online order. She politely tended to the men, as the lights went out.The employee continued making the food, as she respectfully made a callcon her earpiece. The employee contacted the manager to advise that the lights had went out.The men paid cash and were on their way. The employee then advised that since there was no power, my online order would not successfully be processed through the system. The employee then offered to restart the system and go ahead and make my food as we waited for power to be restored.Within 5 minutes, the owner showed up and restored the power and began working on getting the register online.Management advised he would honor the online promotion and wouldn't let me go hungry, even if he couldn't collect payment via debit card.Thankfully I had cash on hand, but I do greatly appreciate that the owner was willing to work around the unforseen mishap that mother nature imposed on both of us.The food was fresh and definitely hit the spot for what I was craving.

The first thing that caught my attention was the sorry state of the veggies. The lettuce and spinach looked unbelievably pale and old, as if they had been left out for days. When I brought this concern to the staff's attention, they nonchalantly claimed that it was how Subway sent them. I couldn't help but feel disappointed by their lack of effort to provide fresh ingredients.To make matters worse, shortly after consuming my sub, I experienced severe stomach discomfort. It was clear that something was amiss with the food preparation or hygiene practices at this establishment. Such a reaction is not what one expects after a simple meal, and it left me questioning the cleanliness and safety standards of the restaurant. PLEASE AVOID THIS SUBWAY
I just went and ordered two sandwiches and three cookies and she only gave me two and I charged for the three cookies, the name of the person who served me is Carlos, the girl is more efficient in everything ?
When I went in to order my sandwiches there were two employees working. One named Yom (very attentive and always friendly) and another girl named Roxana (about whom I have my complaint).
While Yom placed customer orders online, Roxana placed orders online and when she finished doing that she started filling out unnecessary things and ignored the line that was forming.
It was obvious that the boy was new and for that same reason she was abusing him by not serving customers.
TERRIBLE ATTENTION FROM ROXANA and very little COMPANIONSHIP.
Please give more training to the new ones or have those who know how to prepare the orders, thank you
