I've been going to the Coconut Grove subway for years. Today Mrs. Claudia Burgos served me and in the end I had to leave without the sandwich. That lady treats long-time customers like shit. He wanted to charge me extra for everything. Truly, she has been incredibly inept and arrogant.

Veggies were old. Skeptical because there is a metal cover over the deli meat that they hide behind as they build you sandwich.
Customer was rude. Taking it to go didn't offer a bag or plastic sleeve

The women here was rude. Ask a simple question and get a rude response followed ignoring us until she was "ready". Then she continued being rude.

The sandwiches here are lean when it comes to Ham and Turkey. The Attendant placed three slices of Turkey on a footlong and got upset when told that was not the proper amount. The tomatoes appear to have been there since the day before, they were mushy floating in their juices. Will never be buying anything from here again.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM WITH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & PRICES ON THE WALL!!!I was there a couple of days ago and got 2 foot long sandwiches and when I saw my total It was almost $30 which was monumentally more than the prices listed on the wall..When I asked the lady she was rude & dismissive and told me she wasn't the manager & she had NOTHING to do with it.Followed by giving me a look rushing me to pay.I felt ripped off & treated poorly..took away my appetite.Either they fix this or they're in for a lawsuit.False advertisement to rip off your costumers is no joke.No wonder the place was completely empty on a weekend.

I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE!!! Today my elderly father and I came to this subway for a meal and was treated like garbage from the rudest worker ever!! I didn’t catch her name but she was short, chubby, with black hair. We were the only people in the subway yet she took her time to start with us. When she did she was extremely mean yelling at my elderly father to hurry up. We didn’t even finish making our sub and we had to leave we couldn’t tolerate the disrespect. YOU NEED TO FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!

Fix your credit card terminal and stop fraudulently activity by only accepting cash. Get a false bill detection pen from Office Depot or keep some more change so you are not throwing sandwiches away. At least put signs up saying no credit cards accepted and / or Only $ 1’s $5 bills accepted. Very cheap people. The staff member smelled terribly. Manager told him to throw our sandwiches away instead of taking our $100 bill. Just Crazy! We expect a refund.I will be posting on Google and Yelp as well as co t acting the better business Agency as well as the Immigration Department for the Illegal staff that you are employing at this very poorly run so called establishment. A BIG disgrace to the Subway franchise!
The problem with most establishments like this one is that you're helping do this job. I don't mind speaking Spanish because it's my first language. And I understand the struggle of immigrants but to what extend should I help you do your job. Another thing is if you don't want to work there don't work there. It's not hard making sandwiches a language barrier shouldn't be that much of an issue but when it's clear that you're not paying attention and you don't want to be there. It shows I'm not expecting fine dining but I shouldn't have to be regretting where I go to eat...

DONT GO THIS PLACE we went to this subway .. this happen coudnt order only extra meat only didnt want bowl or bread .... i gotten in all subway extra meat for 2.99 that mainly charge .... plus language was factor of not understanding by the manger on phone .....BTW they charge me cup ice that should been free ... i didnt get fountain drink ......

The attention, terrible, I waited more than 30 minutes when there were only 3 people in line, only one person attending, zero good attitude and desire to work, nothing was prepared to work and the incredible slowness, you can understand how demanding it is to be a single person on the shift but the attitude really was terrible.
