The manager was disrespectful and rude to my husband because he went to buy some food and just because he haded to use the bathroom. The manager told him he can’t use the bathroom if he purchasing something if I see she being rude and disrespectful we going to have a problem and I will call cooperate

I’m really disappointed with this Subway location. The staff were incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. They acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order and made no effort to be polite or professional. On top of that, there was a complete lack of customer service—no greeting, no thank you, and certainly no courtesy. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend others think twice before spending their money here.

I ordered online through the app, it send it to the wrong address and the driver sent the food back when calling the store I made 7 calls for only 1 to be answered and was told that it was the number for a house not a store. I need the money back as I never got the order

I've been going to the Coconut Grove subway for years. Today Mrs. Claudia Burgos served me and in the end I had to leave without the sandwich. That lady treats long-time customers like shit. He wanted to charge me extra for everything. Truly, she has been incredibly inept and arrogant.
