I want to say that I'm not one to make these types of complaints, but the truth is they made me feel really bad, they treated me really badly, they made their faces all the time just for not speaking the same language as her, I was just there a few minutes ago and The truth is I even feel discriminated against, I hope they can do something to change these types of things!

Okay, so DD the young black skinny girl with a beautiful smile is fabulous great customer service and is very patient and professional. If it wasn’t for her my comments would read as below

Worst customer service ever. The girl with the red hair is bad for business. I would rather starve than go there.
The treatment by the clerk is horrible, I went at 7 pm and she was already cleaning to close, and with a bad face because she didn't want to send me anything and then with 20 minutes left until 8 pm which is supposedly closing time I went again to buy something and he didn't help me because he told me that he was already closing the box, I don't know who the owner of that place is but he should pay more attention to his business because with the workers he has things are going to be very bad ?

Ordered 4 sandwiches and they all were on stale hard bread. Whoever was making the sandwiches knew that and didn't give a damn.

The lady that works here is always with an attitude......alwyas when you ask for food she says they dont have.. you should fire this lady poor customer service plus she always with a face that doesn't want to be bother,very lazy subway is not making money with this lady... i go there everyday im a hospital employee.

Located in a hospital, but fast and efficient… no fresh mozzarella though

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! THE MANAGER OR TEAM LEAD HAS THE WORSE ATTITUDE EVER! SHE TALKS DOWN TO THE STAFF TO THE POINT OF EMBARRASING THEM IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC IN MY OPINION! WORSE SUBWAY IVE BEEN TO IN MIAMI! HANDS DOWN!
