The lady that works here is always with an attitude......alwyas when you ask for food she says they dont have.. you should fire this lady poor customer service plus she always with a face that doesn't want to be bother,very lazy subway is not making money with this lady... i go there everyday im a hospital employee.

I am a nurse that works here at north shore medical center, and this is by far the worst subway in the history of subway. The workers hide in the back and pretend they never see when you are in the front waiting to be helped. The attitude is horrible. They act like they dont want to work and i don’t understand why they keep coming back to a job they dont like. Is not one person, they all seem to have the worst attitude towards the public. They never have bowls for salads I literally have to bring my own bowls to have them make a salad. No flat bread half of the time. I would give this place no stars but unfortunately this is all the employees have to eat when you work on the weekends. Its sad but this place should be closed.

Manager with glasses told my clerk that were starting to make my sandwich to use less ingredients than what's advertised, even for a footlong. I've never been expected to pay full price for a sandwich missing half of it's protein source, and is currently the only one to do so. Wouldn't recommend if she's there, being company protocol at making sandwiches are completely bypassed here.

Stay far a way from this subway. The employees and the manger here has the worst customer service ever. I order a salad and I simply asked for extra crackers because my daughter will not eat the salad with only 2 crackers and they refused and I did not mind to pay for extra crackers. So I told them to cancel my order and they told me they could not do that. I had to call the manger on my personal cell phone and she again said they could not do that and I can see if I can cancel my order online. I told her online it saids you can cancel your order by calling the restaurant. The manger and the employee I dealt with was very rude and highly unprofessional. The manger I spoke with said her name was Spicy Joseph. If I could have given this place 0 stars I would have.

This spot is my favorite. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very welcoming and the food they place on your table is so yummy. I would always prefer to have a nice dinner here. Highly recommended.
