The overnight staff is horrid. We walked up and there was only one customer eating. Every single table was dirty. Trash everywhere. The lady making the sandwich didn't say before making the sandwich that it was cash only. We get to checkout and give her a couple vouchers from American Airlines. Apparently they can't combine them (but everywhere else we used them could). So we were .95 over. She just stared at us. Didn't offer that there is an ATM around the corner or cut the sandwich to be 6" so the vouchers would cover it. Meanwhile, guy comes out of the kitchen and cleans one table so that some airport workers could sit there. The bread was stale AF. Despite it being slow no bread was being made. The overnight employees care more about serving the airport staff and chumming it up than helping others. Just trash, all of it.

Even thru it's advertised as a 24 hours resturant. I arrived at 4am after many long flights to be told sorry we are not opened as we are cleaning the kitchen.come back I 30 mins as I sit I the resturant to wait.theres seems to staffchattering away .yes they might be cleaning but please if you are not 24hours resturant. Don't advertise it is.notjusr me but many disgruntled travellers felt the same?

Very poor service at this location. Everybody stops working so they can mop. Even with people waiting in line. No one tries to speak English and they are very slow. No sense of urgency even though this is in the airport. They all just sit around speaking in Spanish. Really ridiculous All employees literally sit and watch 1 person

Muy lento el servicio ,había una cola muy larga y las personas que estaban atendiendo se daban el gusto de gritarse y charlarse entre ellas en vez de hacer el trabajo rápido y responsablemente . La persona que atendía la verduras y los aderezos lo hacía de muy mala gana y no sabía hablar inglés entonces no podía entender a muchos clientes que no hablan español y a ella no le daba la gana de entenderlos .TERRIBLE SERVICE.

this location is not 24 hours. i ordered via uber eats multiple times one night. both orders got cancelled. just an awfully hellish and downright ghetto establishment.

The food here is the same as any subway, so I don't really have much to add for that.However, this is one of only two food options (to my knowledge) that are open late night and these people work hard.They will have a rotating line 20 people deep for two hours straight and they are polite and efficient.My hats off to their dedication, I'm almost sure they don't get paid enough

Awful and unacceptable with airline food vouchers!!! After I ordered five sandwiches, I was told that I was limited to one voucher per sandwich AND that I would have to pay the difference in CASH ONLY, even though they were perfectly capable of taking credit card. To make it worse they didn’t figure out how to process the vouchers for 5-10min (holding up the whole line) and had to ring them up separately. Suspiciously the cash difference between the voucher and the first sandwich was exactly $5.00. Risking missing my flight at this point, I give them another $25, the remaining vouchers, and just left. I don’t easily get angered but I nearly lost it and I could tell the whole line of customers were really angry over the whole ordeal.

So slow, 45 minutes waiting and awful service. Everytime i want to eat here it takes too long, it’s supposed to be a fast food to grab a snack in the airport. The two women talking and not working, not efficient and lazy.

I don't expect much from subway except consistency. However this location the sandwich maker who had a "supervisor" name tag on asked me what I would like. I begin to order and then his personal cellphone rings. He answers he and then asks me to keep going with my order. I asked him to please wash his hands and put new gloves on. He hung up his phone and got an angry look then did both. I'm sorry but you need to focus on food cleanliness and customer service. Also why is a supervisor answering their personal cell phone while in work?! Definitely avoiding this location whenever I'm at this airport.
