I would give zero stars if I could. Lady slipped over me to take persons order who entered from the wrong side. If not looking for a healthier option, I would’ve went someplace else. Btw…..they are way over priced. Spent 30 plus dollars on two six inch combos.

As all previous posters mentioned: beyond slow. There were 7 people ahead of me 32 minute wait. 10am not even any prime meal time. They're not understaffed, they chit chat with other workers. They rolled their eyes when I ordered by number. Didn't know how to make it and kept looking up. The beverage person came to refill the sodas. They chatted. Everyone waited. This is not an understaffed issue. I get to the topping person. Also confused on what I ordered looks up at the menu multiple times

My sandwich was cold even after being microwaved. I would not recommend but unfortunately in this area not much choices

Awful. The only place open at 12:46 at night. The owner of this site seems to be very stingy. If I could, an extra team would bill double. More than 20 people left the line bored, because the service is in Galapagos turtle mode

Horrible customer service. My sandwich bread was over toasted so bad, it was like eating a foot long sub on croutons. The staff new it was toasted to long but still made the sandwich without replacing the brick hard bread before I noticed after going through tsa.

People here are slow and prefer to help and talk to each other rather than help the customer. I was standing in line and the 2 ladies behind the counter at 830 June 5th, skipped right over me to help other airport employees... not only that they were rude.

Thanks for being open 24 hours was able to get food after midnight flight. No thank you to waiting 2 hours just to order in a line that wasn't even that long. It extended to the entrance, not long at all. Too much chit chat with the staff and customers. Never clean or wipe the tables down, atleasts provide sanitary towels for the customer to do it themselves. Also there wasn't a full menu and only two bread options, no cookies and no chips. It makes me wonder what this place is like in the day time...

The only problem is that it is not 24 hours as it says, they start cleaning and it takes two or more hours and they do not attend to it during that time that they are cleaning, that is, the premises are not 24 hours

🇺🇲 I will never step foot on the floor of that place again. On April 16, 2024, I placed an order at this store, around 6:30 pm. A black-haired female attendant who speaks Spanish was very kind to me. In less than an hour, when I returned to buy water, the same attendant yelled at me because I had stepped on the floor that they had just cleaned, probably because they were closing. Result: I will never set foot on the floor of this place or any other Subway in the USA again. I will only go to a Brazilian Subway again, because Brazilians are sweet, they are not bipolar or more worried about the ground than about you. It's a shame such customer service and there is other reports like this bellow.

Never thought I'd leave a glowing review of a subway sandwiches, but this spot is really good! Very helpful (and quick) staff, super fresh bread, and all the good ingredients, which matters if you've been to one of those subways that doesn't have Swiss or provolone.
