The blonde older lady didn't want to take my order, she forced me to order on online, then she had the nerve to serve and make the order for two customers that seem to be cubin just like her which is worse, I'm Hispanic as well. I wouldn't recommend people to order in person just make the order online.

Is you are in a hurry just forget about it. You have to use the self service machines because the employees wont help you at the counter.
I honestly think is ridiculous that you ask for help to order and they say you have to use the machines.

Amazing experience from a guy named Angel that I've been coming here, he's the only one that gives me the best attention and customer service with his hospitality, the other ladies that are here not very well, customer experience in the past i would not be surprise if they ignore you or just won't give you the best attention change of management it's preferred

I live close by, and have thought of doing this review multiple times. The service here have been horrible for like a year. The lady always take like 20minutes to do your order. But today, both of them did not even want to take the order it was mandatory to do it online. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my subs.

The worst customer service.
I stood there patiently waiting to place an order and 3 lazy women didn't even ask if I wanted anything, so I walked out and they just ignored me and didn't care.
Another time I came nobody knew the password for the free wifi that they advertise. Shame

Why those the subway said it close at 10pm and when you get there at 9:40pm to order theyre already closed. It the employees don’t have sufficient time to close the store after 10pm, close the place at 9:30 or at 9pm. Wow not coming here again.

This is the subways I go regularly since it's close to my employment. There is usually only one person preparing food, usually there are like two others in the back or doing other things. The workers are rude and very unfriendly. I had been waiting in line for some time and a person that works next door came in and she served her before me, when I told her I was next in line to be served, she rudely said no and continued with that person that appears they have become friends.

Service was so bad. We waited for 10 minutes with another customer. No one came out. We finally called three times before someone came to help us. The owner of this Subway needs to visit and improve it.
