I live close by, and have thought of doing this review multiple times. The service here have been horrible for like a year. The lady always take like 20minutes to do your order. But today, both of them did not even want to take the order it was mandatory to do it online. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my subs.

The worst customer service.
I stood there patiently waiting to place an order and 3 lazy women didn't even ask if I wanted anything, so I walked out and they just ignored me and didn't care.
Another time I came nobody knew the password for the free wifi that they advertise. Shame

Why those the subway said it close at 10pm and when you get there at 9:40pm to order theyre already closed. It the employees don’t have sufficient time to close the store after 10pm, close the place at 9:30 or at 9pm. Wow not coming here again.

This is the subways I go regularly since it's close to my employment. There is usually only one person preparing food, usually there are like two others in the back or doing other things. The workers are rude and very unfriendly. I had been waiting in line for some time and a person that works next door came in and she served her before me, when I told her I was next in line to be served, she rudely said no and continued with that person that appears they have become friends.

Hair comes out in the food and the person refuses to change the product. I do not recommend the restaurant.

Service was so bad. We waited for 10 minutes with another customer. No one came out. We finally called three times before someone came to help us. The owner of this Subway needs to visit and improve it.

The food was good it's the employees who need better training. they literally had me waiting in line for 10mins mind you I was the only person waiting to get service, the two employees that were working were just there chatting talking bad about another employee didn't even care that I was there just watching them waiting. Finally when another customer came in that's when they decided to come out and yet skipped me to assist that customer I had to say something for them to come over and give me the service. Overall don't mean to say this to be rude or get anyone in trouble. Yet just trying to bring to the attention that they need to be professional during working hours that's all.

Normally I go to another one that is closer to me... but there was a problem with the cash register system and I decided to go to this restaurant and I really liked it a lot... we were served by a very helpful and professional girl ...I don't remember her name...but by the time and the receipt you can tell who it was...
