It’s 9:07 pm and it’s already closed. Schedule says is closed at 9:30 pm. It’s always the same situation.
Employees talked with a customer for 30 minutes before serving me
Don't know if they changed owners but the place was filthy shutters were still closed on the windows. Service bar filthy windows filthy if the outside is dirty imagine what the kitchen looks like. The place used to be spotless . I used to come here awhile back. Won't be back.
Honestly I’d give it a two. It’s just dirty and they didn’t have what i asked for. The soup was salty and by the time I went to sit down and eat. My food was cold. If you look at the counter where the cups are supposed to be, it’s dirty and FLITHY.

This review only reflects one person whose picture I will be posting on here for reference. I frequent this subway because of a particular lady who is very sweet and kind she usually wears a shorter hairstyle is tall and a mature woman! I wish I knew her name to address her and a young man who works the evening shifts who is very sweet as well and treat customers like myself and my son who is autistic very well and like we should be treated. Thank you to those two individuals for making the subway in our community a great experience. Now moving along to by her words " the manager" every time I come into this establishment she is aggravated or doesn't want to be bothered she does not like to answer questions on today like I have always done I placed my order on the app which is convenient for me because of my son having a disability and me wanting to get in and out to keep him comfortable. I walked into the store and she didn't greet me she immediately asked me was I here for a pick up order I said yes ma'am she proceeded to tell me that I had to "find a way" to contact them because they didn't have the pizza for my order she never asked me if I would like to replace the item for something else and did I want the remainder of my order. I explained that there was no way for me to cancel in the app and there is no number listed ( shame on subway ) does she have a number I can use ? She immediately started telling me she doesn't have a number and it's not her problem and I need to call my bank to get my money back I explained to this lady over and over again that I can't do that because again I still wanted my other food for ten minutes she argued with me and the security guard treated me and my son like trash she also refused to make my food there was another customer who tried to help me and diffuse the confrontation God bless her heart she even told me to go to another location if that will help the worker said to her they are privately owned I asked for a flatbread she said no it's 12inches I said I will pay the difference. I was then escorted out by security once I began recording I guess they didn't think because if how I was dressed that I wasn't a huge social media influencer who will posting the official video with myself yelling at her just as bad because of the disrespect I encountered. This woman is so confident that she won't be fired that she decided to throw her midddle finger up at me and my child. Once I called the store to ask why is my order marked ready and she said she couldn't complete it she told me if I needed the money that bad I shouldn't have ordered there this is who represents subway today I'll tell you one thing subway will no longer receive my business and I will be laughing this issue and I also have a police report for fraud if an order placed and said to be completed and not delivered. She told me I needed to get a life and I needed friends stop calling she will be taking the phone off the hook! Please see the photos for yourself

Worst subways ever it’s always closed its 9:30 am and it’s closed .. this isn’t the first time eithier , subways needs to regulate this location immediately.. should have been open 3hrs ago . Fire everyone and hire a new team
Not very comfortable. The employees personally keeps one door locked, so I have to walk around to enter in. I want to feel secure entering and exiting buildings, knowing that there are multiple entrances and exits available. Someone should report that.
Kid-friendliness: Set up floor lining if line direction is an issue. Dont box me into a fast food Resturant. FIX IT !!!!!!!

Check your recipe they add they own tips two 8.99 subs came up to 24 n change. Now a days u gotta tip the mail man tip the garage truck man the landlord the FPL ppl the FedEx guy the cashier at the corner store n water bill
