Not very comfortable. The employees personally keeps one door locked, so I have to walk around to enter in. I want to feel secure entering and exiting buildings, knowing that there are multiple entrances and exits available. Someone should report that.Kid-friendliness: Set up floor lining if line direction is an issue. Dont box me into a fast food Resturant. FIX IT !!!!!!!

I placed an order on the subway app. It said my food was expected to be ready at 9:10PM I arrived to the store at 9:05 PM and they close at 9:30 PM. I came to the store this morning and the workers are telling me they close at 9 PM and they can't make sandwiches past 8:45 PM and there is no way for them to give me my almost $40 back.

One cashier i wanted a ham sandwich and was told the cutting machine was not working. I say a fly on the over ripe tomato. The condiment area was not clean. Food was not appealing.

Went to Subway location with my Wife on 62st and 7 Ave in plaza, went in wasn't greeted, told the gentleman I had a coupon and immediately he was like oh that don't work here with a bad attitude so I ask what do you mean? and again attitude it don't work here, so we left because we will not spend our hard earn money somewhere we can't be treated with respect, the place was clean good atmosphere but this guy made it look like a ugly place, poor customer service, maybe he needs a class on it.

This man was late to work, the sign says open @ 6:30am Its 8:22am. So because he's late he won't open the doors to let customers sit down. SMMH. Only in the city.
