This is the first time that someone in a Subway are not allowed to me to cancel an order, given me the excuse that they can’t do that, and I have to do in the app… and She mentioned that they don’t know how to cancel an order made it by the subway app, the worst service in this location.

Horrible staff, they are extremely rude. I tried making a mobile order and it went to the wrong location. When I tried calling the staff told me to take care of it online. When I tried asking for a manager the staff pretended they couldn't hear me and hung up on me. When I called back they could hear me until I gave them the name to the order. DONT EAT HERE.

First time eating in this place and the service was terrible, an American man was placing his order and was about to pay, the Latin cashier doesn't speak English and treated him horribly, she yelled at him, this citizen was very patient. If you don't speak their language, at least be kind, don't expect someone born here to speak to you in your language just because you don't like to serve them well if you don't understand them. The people who were there were very upset. Bad attention from her, I didn't give tips, she doesn't deserve it. The rest of the staff were very attentive, the food was super good. Thank you but the attention of this girl is terrible.

Placed online order for delivery. Instructions were to toast the bread for the meatball sub. It was not toasted. Does anyone really pay attention to the instructions? The meatball sub hardly had anything in it. I will say at least the tuna sub was made correctly. I love Subway and usually have good experiences, but this was a bit disappointing.

My children love Subway and among all the junk food it is the best option when you are in a hurry. But... the attention here is HORRIBLE!!! A Cuban lady greeted us with a bitter face and every time she asked my children if they wanted: lettuce? Mayonnaise ? Tomato ? She rolled her eyes at me as if full of annoyance, and there was no one else in the place. Horrible that they serve you with a bad attitude!!!!That's why I only left him 1 dollar tip! They should know how to treat customers more kindly!

This subway appears to be owned by Uber. You are online, the Uber driver arrives and you have to wait for the employee to prepare your 10 orders, I do not recommend it to anyone
