I went to the Subway located at 800 NE 199 St. Miami, FL at about 4:10pm and Loretta was asked to change her gloves after removing her glasses from her face to avoid cross contaminating my sandwich. Loretta appeared to be upset after I asked her to toast the bread a little longer and she stated she was not doing this and walked in the kitchen. Loretta refused me service and that was worse experience that I ever had at visiting a Subway. I believe that Loretta needs to go through Customer Service and Food Safety Training.

Service is so bad. After I ordered sand which I'm told there is no ice in the machine. Get a bottle drink and told that they can not because I didn't order a fountain drink (because they don't have ice). Started to leave to go to a different subway when miraculously a cup is provided.

Good evening, lovely service from the workers at this fine establishment. I had the best experience with the young man named T'rel I believe. This young man is bright he made the environment welcoming and is good at what he does! Give that boy a raise immediately! The food was delicious I will be back!

The problem of this store is the two ladies that work here. 1) They lied about not having water cups. And if it was true then is their problem and they should give me a soda cup for water and explain later tot he manager! They said no the normal thing is for you to pay extra. 2) the slice of cheese was super small asked her to change it and she wanted to charge extra. 3) The attitude of the ladies is horrible, like they have the job so they do not care about customer service, i hope franchisee or franchisor reads this and take action, and we were here with kids, clearly NO NEED to treat customers with attitude if they are unhappy working here they can leave. Foot long with combo is now close to $20 so not like fast food subway old times anymore, can go to Panera Bread for the same money.

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION NUMEROUS TIMES AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! THE employees NEED TO BE FIRED!! I ONLY WENT BACK THERE BECAUSE I HAVE GIFT CARDS FOR subway!! THE employees ARE NOT SANITARY EITHER. ONLY THE male manager GIVES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME ONCE!!
This is our favorite subway! The workers are fast and friendly. I appreciate the multitasking and efficiency. Definitely one of the best subways in the area!

Today, I was absolutely disrespected by a sandwich artist. She made my sandwich wrong and was very rude and dismissive to me when I was trying to get it corrected. I asked for a refund and she refused. I WONT FREQUENT THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY TRAIN THEIR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.Dietary restrictions: Prep area wasn’t clean.
