Ordered via the app. ordered a cookie as you see I did not receive it. I drove back to the store and the employee said “i packed the order and i put it in there” but As you see here. no cookie… I also had to go return to the store to get the bag of chips that was left out of my order. When i approached her about this she just nodded her head to the area where the chips were. If it’s a pickup order it should be ready in full with the chips and cookie that was ordered. Neither employees working greeted me when I walked in. The lady stated speaking to the employee in the back , there was only one person in line i assume he was picking up an order as well. This location is terrible and the cookies must have been coming out of her paycheck or something. Oh AND i tipped which is something im sure people don’t do… If i could leave negative stars I would.

Don’t come here. Homeless people sleep outside and will walk into the restaurant and hang out. Upon leaving two homeless people followed me to my car begging. Staff look very unhappy and couldn’t care less about any requests or complaints. Disgusting.

Takia went over and beyond to assist me with my order. I order though Doordash and was told that they was out of the meatballs for tonight. Instead of canceling my order Takia made sure that I was offered some thing else instead. I'm so grateful for the customer service that she give me not only did she contacted me she also made me smile with her compassion.Thank you Takia and thanks for that delicious Italian sandwich.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this locations. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. No one greeted me, and the manager in particular was noticeably rude and unfriendly.

When I politely asked if I could see a smile, the manager responded by saying that she wasn’t smiling because I was on the phone. I found this comment to be unnecessary and unprofessional. Regardless of whether a customer is on the phone or not, it shouldn’t affect how your staff treats them. A simple greeting or friendly demeanor should be standard.

Throughout the interaction, the manager had a visibly angry expression. When it came time to pay, she handed me my change in a careless manner, causing some of the money to fall. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge the incident, and her overall attitude was unpleasant and disrespectful.

This experience left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I visit Subway for quality food and service, but this visit was truly disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate steps are taken to ensure better customer service in the future.
