Black guy with dreads closed the store 15 min earlier than scheduled. Refused to open the door for me, even though I was on time.Stared at him through the window while waving.Looks like he suddenly and unfortunately became blind sighted. Let’s hope Jesus heals him soon enough.

Sandwich came in s grocery bag and I did not receive my drink. The sandwich was wrong Aldo. Tried to call about a refund of the drink but it just rang and rang.

This was a Tuna Sub. Barely any tuna was placed onto this Sandwich and look how soggy it is. The sandwich was so soggy that the bread was breaking apart. I literally had to scrape off the veggies and add my own tuna to the sandwhich to try and save the bread at least. I also ordered banana peperers and there was barely any of that on the sandwich as well. And now 6 hours later, my stomach is upset. I never ever leave reviews, but this is the worst sandwich Ive had at a Subway in my life. Management, the person that made this was working on 10/28/23 at 1030am if u want to figure out who made this mess.

This is sad to say but i love subway a lot but this location is terrible. The employees here are very unprofessional at this establishment. When you walk in you find most of the store dirty not to mention at times yo can see employees just standing having conversations while you wait for them to finish to order. This location also have homeless people walking in all the time disturbing customers and trying to steal drinks from vending machine this is a huge problem consistently. Please get drink cooler bottom panel fixed it’s hanging looks terrible.

Terrible customer service, they do not respect the waiting line for service, they give priority to friends in customer service! Front door is broken so you can’t get in without help from an employee. Inside the place smelled so utterly disgusting, like a septic tank exploded, it smelled so much like feces it’s scary. The kind of smell that your nose can’t adjust to. I almost walked out but was in a rush and needed food quick. Employees were cursing and gossiping loudly like I’m not standing there letting them know what ingredients go on the sandwich. Felt like I was watching reality tv. Food was alright, stale bread and gmo vegetables that taste like they can never expire. Typical subway. Def not returning here lol

Don't go to this subway ever! It deserves zero stars. The guy working there apparently speaks no English and will not call the manager or refund an order even when he knows they can not make the sandwich. They "close" a full hour before their actual closing time even though the lights are on per that one employee that's always there. It doesn't seem like they have any other staff except for that guy and he makes sandwiches, rings up customers, and touches his hair while wearing the same pair of gloves without changing them. This place deserves to get shut down! Make the trip the subway in Miami shores because this one is not it.

They decided to hire a guy that speaks spanish and ZERO English. I had an online order and when I get there he tells me someone took my order. He then says "i dont know what to tell you" (in spanish) and that he can't help me. He refused to remake my order or provide a refund. Refused to call the manager. He then talked on his phone with his friend, laughing for 20 minutes, completely ignoring me. I was polite the entire time. This place hires complete idiots and I hope they shutdown.

Order on line one of the only online subs and they didnt add the provolone cheese not very happy about it. Also when i went to get my sub, i decide to get a drink. I only drink lemonade ( only water) then i went for sprite ( didnt taste like sprite)had to decide for regular coke. I think i will have to drive a little farder because dont feel like having this experience again. The manager was in the back i suppouse both of the employees in the front (very nice) ask someone to check the machine and they didnt even come out just wanted me to grab a small drink from the fridge and there wasnt any lemonade either. Not comming back
