I heard the people in Florida are rude … and experienced this first hand at this location at 10:50 pm 06/20 the young woman either dosent speak English or just refused to speak when I asked her a question after I REPEATEDLY SAID EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME … then when I was deciding what bread I wanted she rolled her eyes and huffed as if I was annoying her. Not welcoming at all

Horrible Subway, first and last time. The couple working there do not want to be there. Asked for a water cup and it is probably the only Subway that refuses to give you a cup of water. Bought the combo and still didn’t get a bottle or water, you guys gained a sell but lost a customer. Zero stars.

please avoid going to this subway they dont have a good customer service my husband went to buy food there at 9:00 pm and they are all talking they give attitute and when you ask for them to heat a cookie they get mad and mind you, after all that bad attitute they still wanted tip

I went the day before thankgiving and the service was very bad because they didn't want to work, in fact they gave me the food without asking me if I wanted something extra on my sandwich. What they wanted was to close and for no one to bother them. I won't come back at least. I will continue trying others at this place

I went to subway to get a quick protein bowl. The first time I ordered the steak, the second time I ordered the spicy chicken. The rest of the items on both bowls are essentially the same. I like the bacon and the pepper jack cheese. I like the chipotle sauce poquito / un poco . Not too much. I also like the bowl with spinach not lettuce. Overall always a good stop for the price

The worst service, a young woman made me wait more than 10 minutes! While she talks on the phone and does other things I'm waiting and she doesn't even ask me what she wanted or anything! I don't go to that subway anymore

Please do not go here. Pictured is the $12 “Titan Turkey” that I ordered. Had to go searching through the sandwich with my hands to see if there was any turkey at all on it. I eventually found a single slice.

Hard to complain when no one there will communicate with you in English.

It’s advertised as “33% more meat!” Which begs the question, how much turkey is on the regular sandwich then? The fact that they willingly made the sandwich this way, knowing it was a pickup order and I wouldn’t notice how badly I was ripped off until I was gone, just demonstrates how poorly run this store is and how terrible the employees are.

Rude and incompetent, please do not give this place a dime. Need it to go out of business ASAP so we can get another decent lunch spot in that shopping center.

I arrived at 9:50pm and even though the Open sign was on they told me that it was already closed and they couldn't sell me, I asked them but it's 9:50pm and they close at 10:00pm, their answer was yes but we are already cleaning
