I want to clarify something after looking into this further. The issue here was not the employee, but the ordering system.

I ordered a Philly steak through the Subway app and paid $2.99 extra for double meat. However, when I later saw the kitchen receipt, it did not indicate double protein at all, even though I was charged for it. Because of that, the employee prepared the sandwich exactly as the receipt showed.

That’s a serious problem. If the system allows customers to pay for add-ons but does not clearly display them on the prep ticket, orders will continue to be made incorrectly—and customers will continue to be charged for items they don’t receive.

I also tipped through the app, expecting the order to be made accurately. This wasn’t a service issue; it was a system failure. I hope management looks into this, because it undermines trust in mobile ordering.

Placed an order for pickup on Thursday and I ended up picking up the order a little later than I anticipated and when I asked the older man to reheat my sandwiches he told me no. I got home and found out that both of the sandwiches were made incorrectly, no problem, mistakes happen, so I went back to the store and asked the older man if he could remake my sandwiches since they were made incorrect and he proceeded to argue and tell me no numerous times and essentially tell me I’m lying and that the sandwiches were made right. I tried showing him the receipt and he refused to look at it and kept arguing with me saying the sandwiches were right. After I kept trying to explain to him and show him the receipt he got aggravated and threw the sandwiches away and remade me new ones with a horrible attitude. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went today to buy 3 sandwiches, and the service was horrible. The lady that took my order was rude, I’ve heard that on the weekends it’s all the same. I go to school across from subway.
They need to do better, not going anymore.

1. For of all , Horrible service no one speaks English so therefore they does not understand what you are asking for. 2. The lettuce was brown and the spinach was no good, it was brown and dried up…I do not recommend this location. No wonder it was empty.

Customers are not given easy access to the bathroom, this is unhygienic because one is supposed to wash their hands before eating any food... After a lot of asking and trying to empathize with the staff to reach an agreement and be able to use the bathroom, we had to wait for a number that is supposedly on the purchase receipt so you can go to the bathroom but not before, even though we explained that we were with children and they needed to go to the bathroom, we got nowhere. The staff refuses to understand human needs and is uncooperative.

The lady is not helpful. They don’t have bags for to go orders. They don’t mix the salad. They don’t have some of sauces.

I went to this subway with my wife and the first my wife ask for use the restroom and the cuban lady said u need a code to go to a restroom no paper toilets in the rest room and shes said im no the owner of this restaurant after that the old vegetables and she told us thats was we have , no reccomend this place rude staff, and dirty restaurant.
