The Service in your Subway staff especially from the Hispanic male individual is horrible I never will recommend or others.Barley can speak English.I said I need to use the restroom, and put 2 dollars down to ensure that I was buying a sub which was Italian B.M.T he couldn't understand me or my requestAnd I was kick out.Get someone that canspeaks English and knows hospitality, because I sure do.

I’m here as I’m writing these , there’s two gentlemen as soon as I walked in with my daughter there was attitude it’s so unprofessional, we continue to order and I’m still deciding what to get so I tell him he can start on my daughter sandwich, the attitude continued and the one that was helping. Me left and the other person continue to help me in all these there’s a friend of there’s and they were laughing, been loud while I was there trying to finish my order . I always come here and there’s always something but today at 5:30 pm I will say I will never ever ever come to these subway again !

I did not eat. I went to eat at another restaurant since they do not allow customers to use the bathroom. We are in a pandemic where health and hygiene are important, I needed to wash my hands before eating and they didn't let me use the bathroom. They have the bathroom closed early so they don't have to clean it later. I asked for the manager but there is no one in charge of the restaurant. Thanks.

I am really disappointed. I ordered veggie subway i did pay already but i received the order and I totally different its not veggie don't order here subway u waste your money because i try 5times call she didn't pickup my call because she knows for her mistake

Very hard for me to leave a bad review, however, I am at a birthday party at the park that is 200 ft from this subway. It started raining and my wife and I ran here to order subs for the group, we waited outside till we weren’t dripping wet. We tried to walk in the store and they denied us, they told us that we were wet and cannot come in. We all know Miami weather and it started raining out of no where. Being 200 ft from the store, being denied entry, we are not even close to dripping wet, and this young man told us to leave. Good luck to this store, this is a horrible reflection on what you do. They prefer to kick people out instead of welcoming them, making them comfortable (it was a take out order) but now they lost many regulars. We always come here because the park is next door. Now we would rather pay the delivery charge from jimmy johns or firehouse. Sorry subway, you really messed up

If I could give this place less than one Star I would. The guy that help me was rude as anything until I told him that I would talk to the owner and all off a sudden he became nice but vey sarcastic. I wanted the sand which a certain way and I had ordered it that way before. He was extremely rude and stopped short of calling me stupid; yet he made me feel stupid. His attitude towards me was extremely rude and insulting! the lady working at the store was helpful and made the sandwich the way I wanted and that included melting the cheese and other things I wanted. Though I have been coming to this place for years me and my friends are going to stop!

Made a ORDER THROUGH UBEREATS AND THE LADY THERE REFUSED TO GIVE MY DAD MY ORDER WHEN I HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED THE ORDER THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is how they treat their customers they should all be retrained on how to work in a customer service job.
