Not sure why we thought this was okay to serve to a customer, I’m also not sure why you’re offering a sub with peppercorn ranch when you don’t have it. It wasn’t worth it to walk all the way across the hospital again to complain. Also 2 pieces of bacon for a foot long!?

The lady who worked in the early morning of October 16 is incredible, the bad manners and bad treatment she gives to clients, a person like that should not work serving clients, it is a total lack of respect, what a disappointment.

Food poisoning and rude peopleThe ladies working on 10/19/23 during the shift change around dinner were rude as could be and lazy. I was told there were no onions when I was clearly looking at onions. I was ignored as they screamed at each other in Spanish for five minutes finally when I got served the lady was offended I wouldn't speak Spanish and passed me to someone else. I was then served a sandwich that was not only ugly badly made but I have now been on the toilet for 12 hours sick as could be whike we try to nurse my baby back to health here in the hospital. It's disgusting that in a place where sanitation is Uber important these ladies are doing things like counting money while wearing the same gloves they made a sandwich with while I watched. Probably should have known better than to eat mine. Lesson learned I will order pizza form now on while living in this hospital. Shame for the owners cause I was buying a sandwich every single day last time I stayed here.
