I went here for lunch. I had my usual protein bowl. I ordered tuna instead of steak. I ordered bacon which is extra and with pepper jack cheese as always. I didn’t see eggs. The veggies were spinach , onions, olives, pickles, banana pepper and chipotle sauce. This franchise didn’t have sriracha . Overall

****STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE*****Should get 0, zeroooo stars came to order as a walk in for food, and i was told the bread they had was for uber only. How does a place give priority to uber. Why are they even open. The worst I've ever seen from a subway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I totally understand if employee's friends or family come in for a sandwich..... but don't forget about the other guests! Especially when you're in the middle of talking the guests order. Be respectful! Make sure the order is correct and complete, stop having a conversation with your friends or family members in the store while in the middle of taking an order so you don't F it up! Then don't just throw the recipe on the counter after a guests has spent money in the establishment.. Rant over!

Place was dirty. Out what I wanted at 2pm. Slowest people on earth making the food and checkout. Food had freezer burn on it

I placed 2 online orders through mobile app and got confirmation for same. I also received confirmation for 1st order ready for pick up. On mobile app it showed both orders are ready. Went to pick up order 15 mins after pick up time only to know that they have not prepared my order as bread was not available. Then staff members tells us we have to wait for another 15 min as bread is being baked. We decided to wait and go back after 15 mins. They only processed 1 order. When we asked about 2nd order, they tell us they don't have 2nd order, ask us to wait then they say it did not go through system. Then they call some one and decide to give us. After another 30 mins we got our second order which they did not prepare properly. They were ignoring us all the time. Staff member was so rude and unprofessional. They treated us like they are giving it for free. Forget about apologizing, she even did not bother to look at us or say hi. We were waiting at pick up counter and she started serving a new customer who came after us. I still have charge on my account for 2 orders and they only processed one order in their system. Worst experience at Sub way on the first day of the year.

The young lady that was working tonight around 9pm was very polite and had a great attitude. Other subways need more employees like this. She told everyone she attended to have happy holidays with a very positive tone.

I feel bad for the employee who was making my sandwiches. It took my gf and I over 30 minutes to complete our order. The people who had walked in behind us left in their own inability to handle the situation. Obviously confused and nervous, unable to work the register, but very nice guy. That's the star they kept

Worst subway ever. Avoid this subway at all cost. They take forever, they never have ingredients. Forget ordering meatballs, onetime I waited 30 min. Apparently fixing up the Uber orders were more important that the current clients.
