This subway actually mistreated and profile ppl there is this older lady idk if she the manager or what but the day I went she was with another older lady that actually was friendly and serving everyone while the one I think is a manager wouldn't help her kill the line down. The one that was helping everyone was being nice to a target team member telling him she remembered his order when the other lady comes out automatically being rude saying why is there a line and etc. while the lady making the sandwich trying to lighten the mood she tell the rude lady oh you remember this employee he always order this. Right on front of the customer she goes oh I don't remember no one order they don't pay me enough here where the whole place went quiet and I got up and told her in Spanish that was very rude to say in front of the gentleman who didn't know Spanish and for the rest of us inside the establishment if you don't like your job then don't work my friend easy as that!

I was so intrigued by the position of this subway, and once I went in it was obviously a hidden gem! This Subway was clean, had an amazing atmosphere, and super friendly staff. I'd take the metro to Dadeland north Station to dine here any day. 10/10, will come again.

Restaurant is clean and food tastes fresh. This is my favorite location. Most employees are warm and friendly, and efficient.

Unfortunately, there is one employee—female, older, heavyset, and works nightshift with a cavalier attitude; For instance, she threw a piece of cheese on my salad without first slicing it, plopped hot grilled chicken on top of the cheese causing a gooey mess on the lettuce, and refused to label or mark with a pen our wrapped subs before bagging them (so everyone in my family was left to unwrap, inspect and wonder which sub was theirs). No common sense, and if this next incident hadn’t happened to me, the stupidity of the situation would have me roaring in laughter! I simply asked for mayonnaise on one half of a footlong sub. Before I could scream “No!” she had splattered mayonnaise horizontally across the entire top side of the bread without the bottom half (who does that?). No apology, and she argued that she did ‘half’ the sub as I asked. I exclaimed, “not that half, when you close it, the whole sub now has mayonnaise!” It wasn’t readily to her comprehension what half a sub is. “Oh” is all she replied but did not apologize or think of a way to make it right. She just didn’t care. Whenever I visit this location, I’m hoping she’s not there or I run into anyone but her to prepare my food.

Parking: This store location with its parking is easy to miss the turn. Only one way in.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ample spaces available considering most patrons walk from nearby shops and garage. Directly in front of store.

I came here tonight around 8:40 pm. First time at this location and worst experience! There was barely absolutely no lettuce left and about 3 spinach. I asked the lady that was making my sandwich if they had any more lettuce. She told me no, that that was all they had(the bit that was left looked warm and brownish) I basically ended up getting an empty flatbread (only some onions and green peppers) I normally add lettuce and spinach ( and they always give you a handful) there wasn’t even enough for a “dash”. I sat down to eat, and shortly after (not even 5 minutes later) 3 customers walk in and place their order. Once I got up to leave I look at the food station and the tub was now FULL of lettuce and FULL of spinach. Why couldn’t she just go to the back 5 minutes prior and give me lettuce?? She clearly was not trying to provide great customer service. Evidently, as she was finishing my sandwich she asked the other employee what was the time, her coworker said “9:00 pm” and she said she was leaving already. This lady needs some training, you don’t just decide to not fully serve your customers because you’re too lazy to go to the back and get more lettuce; nonetheless because it’s almost time for you to clock out!

Now I’m asked by the register to tip the person making a sandwich when I check out. Here is a better idea, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES enough to live !!!!!! I’m sick of all these additional cost because of the obscene greed in this country. Give me the price and that’s the price with fast food!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I go I see new employees, it might be the schedule but all of them are super friendly and nice, food always looks fresh and tasteful, you can see how much care they put on your order. The place sometimes has leftovers on the tables that look they haven't been cleaned properly in a while. Despite that all good!
