Don’t deserve a star, the staff does not have sanitary workshops or something. We went to order our sub and the lady didn’t change her gloves and she picked up something from the floor, touched the counter then she touched our sandwich and the vegetables. It's a Subway that I go to quite frequently because it's close to my house but I can't give it 5 stars because the service is not very good, they take a long time to serve, I generally try to use the app for orders to avoid that inconvenience, When the app doesn't work then I go but it's always the same, they don't change. In general the place appears clean and organized, I have never eaten there, the parking is the same as the shopping, sometimes you can find a place easily, other times you can't. The food is good. It is not a place that I would recommend because of the attention.

I have visited this SUBWAY many times and until today I had not had any unfavorable opinions; But today I arrived and it turns out that the additions that have always been visible are completely covered, meaning the customers cannot see what they would like to consume, and when we asked, they very brazenly told us to read the menu posted on the wall. It seems disrespectful to me, terrible customer service. I looked for information and SUBWAY since 1965 has prepared the sandwiches in plain sight and in front of the customers, and the only unjustified reason for them to cover the meats is to encourage the customer to look at the menu board. In fact I forgot ingredients that I normally add to my sandwich. This is inconceivable in modern times and in a country like the USA. As for me, I never blind shop anymore, I choose to see what I want to eat.

No matter the time of day or day of the week that they never have or serve soup there. I been there for lunch and dinner and no soup. Monday thru Sunday does not matter. Always your staff there need to be more friendly. I notice different employees there all the time rarely I see the same one. And they all little attitude.
