Great new Subway I stumbled upon. A newer construction building, appears to be recently renovated or updated on the inside. More modern and much cleaner than other Subways I have come across in Florida. This place is immaculate. Great service, the vegetables are fresh, and the topping bar area well maintained. I’ll be returning for my Tuna Sub and Churro shortly.

**Update** seems like this place is under new management. They are very polite, attentive and hospitable. Never got treated poorly for using their coupons, welcomed as if I’m family 200% turnaround from my experience with this location

Went into this Subways after BJs for a quick lunch. Italian and club were great and way better than the ones I had at UM. Lady behind the counter is really sweet and fast. Met the owner says he's new. Hilarious guy!

Terrible day today, the lady with a bad memory, I was the only customer, the man who followed me in line at the back, repeating the same thing, and on top of that, the soft drink was flat, none of the machine, and tremendous cold in the environment, too cold to eat inside. you should see
