Terrible day today, the lady with a bad memory, I was the only customer, the man who followed me in line at the back, repeating the same thing, and on top of that, the soft drink was flat, none of the machine, and tremendous cold in the environment, too cold to eat inside. you should see

The service here is incredibly bad. The one employee that works here doesn't give a crap about serving the customer they are more busy cleaning or doing whatever other task they can prioritize over serving you a freaking sub. This place epitomizes Miami service employees.

Wow. I order a sub in the app. I showed up to the store at the time the order was said to be ready on the app. I walk in and there were no customers.I was in the lobby for 2 minutes before I had to call one of the ladies attention. She comes to the front, I said I’m here to pick up my order. She goes oh my god the order. Then she proceeded a to start making it.So let’s recap.1:No customers so it’s not like they were busy.2:Customer in lobby no one is there to take the orders until I called them after two minutes.3. Order had not even been started when it was supposed to be done.I picked up from here once before with no problem, but after today is a done deal.She did apologize for the inconvenience so that does count.I’m sure they are nice ladies but they need to be professional and pay attention on the job.

Came to this subway location and was ignored by the old lady working (4pm on a Thursday). She was on the phone and refused to come out from the back and just kept gesturing and speaking in spanish on the phone.
