When I walked in, the restaurant was completely empty and there was no line. Despite that, I still had to wait about 15 minutes before the employee even acknowledged or started my order because he was focused on three pickup orders. On top of that, he told me I couldn’t dine in, even though I arrived at 7:40 PM and the store doesn’t close until 8:30 PM. I was told I had to take my food to go, which was very disappointing.

Corporations needs to get manger involved in this place ! Worse customer service. Very bad sub, attitude from employees, I’m really disappointed paid for something and was not even able to eat it. chicken teriyaki they had to put the sauce on the actual chicken instead of the chicken coming with the sauce already! Crazy place .

This closes at 20:00 not 22:30 as it's posted on here.
This place supposedly closes at 10:30 pm . They said it closes at 8:30 pm. Even if you arrive 5 mins before 8:30 , they don’t provide you any service . That’s not all , i arrived at 8 pm and they said i can order but just for take out , that i cant eat inside !!! What a joke !!Terrible customer service!!

But!!! What’s going on with the service? The lady was telling me what I Can or can not put on my wrap. I always build my own wrap in subway stores. Anyway I payed extra. But in this location the lady was telling that I can’t put that many things. ?
