This is the third time this month I come between 10:30-10:45pm and they say they are closed even though they don’t close until 11pm according to the hours listed on the door and online. They should really change their hours if they don’t want to serve anyone after 10:30pm. Also, the door was open but they, yes two people - refused to serve me.

After having a bad experience 30 min earlier (12/9/22 at 9pm) at the subway down the street (on sunset and 97th), we went to this location and the young woman behind the counter named Johanna, gave us the best service ever!!! She was polite, cordial and very attentive. She made excellent subs, all while wearing a great smile. In the future I will go out of my way to this location just because a great quality service, she is an asset to the company. Five Stars!
