We enjoyed our sandwich but needed help from other customers to communicate with the employees behind the counter who couldn't speak or understand English. The next time we crave a Subway sandwich, we'll have to go to a different location and hope for the best. I see we're not the first to have this experience here. Sad.

Ordered food to be delivered and have purchased food in store. Ridiculous service, no one speaks any English so you can't tell them your order, you just have to point at the picture and hope they get the right one. Made the wrong sub, couldn't call them because they keep dropping my calls

We ordered two turkey sandwiches and they only put a very thin layer of turkey ham on us and the rest was just vegetables. We feel cheated.

Check your receipts. Ordered a meatball marinara, they charged me for the wrong sandwich which cost more. Rather than refunding my card and charging me correctly, what I can only assume was a manager just dug into the tip jar and toss cash at me. It was the wrong amount and she rolled her eyes and threw another dollar at me from the tip jar.

I went here like a while back and there was this worker, he was elderly and apparently have been working at subway aince the 70s. He rubbed his snot on his glove, when I asked him to change it he refused to. I promptly cursed him out since he is obviously trying to get me sick. If he's going that in front of customers, imagine what he's doing behind closed doors.
