Absolutely garbage location, staff prefers to sit in the back of house and ignore customers in line. My girlfriend and I were the only people in the store, we waited 5 minutes in line before a single worker decided to come out, then they proceeded to rearrange chips while we repeatedly asked if someone could simply do the job they get paid to do. They refused to do so and went to the back of house, leaving the counter unattended yet again. Unfortunately this is not the first or second or third or fourth time, every single time the service gets even worse. It takes a lot to get me to review ANYTHING, this should tell you how absolutely abysmal and pathetic this location is. All deserved to be fired.

Yesterday, Wednesday, July 24, I went to buy and the Cuban lady who was serving me had bad and terrible service. She had an angry face because she was protesting everything, making me feel very uncomfortable, the first time that has happened to me in a subway. I have always liked Subway for its attention but this time the person who served me gave me the worst experience. He was rude, bad-tempered, he was not at all friendly nor does he know how to serve the public, to the point that I preferred not to buy and not to return that place has terrible service.

This place CONSTANTLY has the bathrooms closed! I was under the impression that INSPECTORS WOULD FINE ANY ESTABLISHMENT THAT SELLS FOOD WITH THEIR BATHROOMS CLOSED, so what is the deal with that? They had tables pushed against the bathroom doors yesterday when I was there, and since I work close by, this is the only Subway that I have access to on my lunch break. If people are breaking the bathrooms as we were told, why do you keep allowing them to enter there, and why aren't the bathrooms being repaired right away? Some of us are diabetic and need bathrooms no matter where we are, and if I'm paying to sit there on my break & eat, why should I not be able to use the bathroom because some homeless drug addict has broken it?
