Best subway in Miami came in and ordered 40 subs without calling advance and DANAY AND GRISELLE MADE THEM IN UNDER 40 mins while still attending other clients in the store. They were super nice and happy to be working. We need more workers like this subway should be very happy to have them!

The Central American lady who works by herself at night is rude and condescending to the customers. I had 2 bad experiences when picking up orders. She over questioned me as if I was a criminal. In one instance she asked if the sandwich was for me. I'm not sure what was the purpose of that question. She creates a bad and unwelcoming atmosphere and closes the store earlier than posted. There's used to be at least 2 people working at night. It doesn't make sense to have 1 person at night working in a busy Miami location. The owner's competence is in question.

My visit to this Subway was incredibly disappointing. I had placed an online order and paid in advance, but when I arrived for pickup, my sandwich wasn't ready. The staff seemed to have a flawed system where they have to manually process online orders, and the employee I spoke with was unhelpful and rude. What was most frustrating was her decision to serve a new customer before me, even though I had already completed my transaction. This shows a complete disregard for customers who use the app and pay ahead.

The sandwich was good, although the sandwich was not wrapped properly. The lady working there had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. I asked for a foot long meatball marinara on wheat bread, and she looked at me like I was speaking jibberish. All in all horrible service

I never had an issue until today. I asked the employee for a Spicy Italian sub. She then proceeded to ask me if I spoke Spanish which I advised her that I spoke very little. My Spanish is not great. She then proceeded to tell me to speak to her in Spanish. I do not know how to say Spicy Italian in Spanish. She then asked what number but I didn’t see it on the menu. So I kept telling her that i didn’t see it but I knew it was a spicy Italian. I told her how could I say something in Spanish that I don’t know how to say. That’s when the other employee intervened and asked me what did the sub consist of. So I told her. Then the first employee that asked me to speak Spanish started to make the sandwich. Now it’s the ingredients part which all I wanted was Parmesan cheese and don’t know how to say either causing me more embarrassment. I let them both know that I’ve been a customer of this store for about 12 years and this was my first bad experience while I was at the register. I handed the employee the money in her hand. When she gave me my change she place it on the counter along with my sub and chip and no bag and giving me a dirty look as if I was wrong for not knowing Spanish. I laughed at her and told she been great! I was been sarcastic. All of this because the employee doesn’t know the sandwiches.. she needs training.Never again
Just another same Subway restaurant, but I can say this chain of restaurants are way much healthier than many other American fast food restaurants. Right in the heart of Calle 8; very well located. The service in this location was ok; nothing to say about ambiance. Free parking available in their parking lot and Paid parking in the street. Good to go with family ot friends.

Doesn't even deserve a star they dont change gloves between customers. Soda was flat and nothing was done to correct it. The lady touched her face and didn't change the glove. The other person didn't even speak a word of English and it was talking in Spanish to a tourist from a different country. Tables dirty for a mess the can care less about this place.

Not even 0 stars but one is the only option. I stood in line for 30 minutes and this lady who doesn’t speak English was holding the line because nobody else is working at subway right now. What a massive disappointment and there’s other food that was sold out. Never again I will step foot inside that place.
Stay away from here if you don’t know Spanish… just tried buying dinner for me and my child with a gift card and hey couldn’t figure out how to use the system… they call someone over the phone who is as clueless as the girls serving !!

Absolutely garbage location, staff prefers to sit in the back of house and ignore customers in line. My girlfriend and I were the only people in the store, we waited 5 minutes in line before a single worker decided to come out, then they proceeded to rearrange chips while we repeatedly asked if someone could simply do the job they get paid to do. They refused to do so and went to the back of house, leaving the counter unattended yet again. Unfortunately this is not the first or second or third or fourth time, every single time the service gets even worse. It takes a lot to get me to review ANYTHING, this should tell you how absolutely abysmal and pathetic this location is. All deserved to be fired.
