I have attended many times, the treatment has always been quite bad on the part of the employees, but above all the ladies, there is a gray-haired Nicaraguan lady who is always in a bad mood as if one is going to ask for free food, I want to highlight that there is a boy from long hair and another little Cuban girl who really give quality service, but the lady is spoiled, she doesn't greet, she leaves people talking to themselves, she makes the food as she wants, very rude, I don't understand how they can continue having that staff in a place The food is very good and fresh but the treatment and attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered on line a wrap extra lettuce. Theres was no lettuce in my wrap extra sauce n extra chicken ? i guess whoever made my wrap wasnt feeling like being at work. Or they dont know how to read. Luckily theres other places to go n other subways that do things right. Not coming back here again !
The people you hire. They do not teach you that the client is a person who is not your relative, cousin, brother or acquaintance. They have disrespected me 3 times, 2 women and the man named Luis. I don't know what's wrong with the service at this branch, it's terrible.

I ordered a meal with 2 cookies through the subway app and only got one cookie. When I went to pick it up they could have told me about it, and offered me something else, but they acted like nothing happened. Monday August 14th I picked up my order at 2pm.
