Very good place to eat a Subway. I only regret that for some time now they have not shown the products that are added to the bread. I honestly have no idea why, but I won't eat Subway again if I can't see what I want to add.

I’m super happy with this Subway. I love the brand but sometimes you get disappointed at some of the stores. In this case, I’m more I love with this franchise thanks to the customer service and the caring they put into every sandwich at this particular store.We had a catering for a event. Everything was ready on time. The order was followed perfectly. Everyone was very pleased.Thank you again!

One of the worst subway franchises I have ever been to three times in a row . The stuff is always rude , and with a big attitude, the customer service is non existent. Stay away - and spend your money in place that appreciates it . And watch out for vegetables quality if you decide to go anywayFor me the last time for sure

Came in on a Sunday night at 9:30, a short older red headed hispanic women and tall blonde white women were working. Both were very rude and said they were the only subway that didn't accept coupons. They charged me for chips when I didn't grab chips then i tried to just give them another dollar and ask fro a drink instead they said no and took my money and i didn't even get to get a drive. Don't recommend coming here. Worst subway.

Disgusting unprofessional service. The ladies that work here are beyond rude and disrespectful. Also, don’t go based off the hours on the website or even the door because they always close early and if you arrive even 30 minutes before they close, you will be met with an insane attitude. The ladies here act like you’re keeping them from going home and not like they’re there to do their job. I hope corporate does something about them. Don’t waste your time or money at this subways, go to the one in the plaza on 122ave and coral way, those people are nice, polite, and do their job efficiently.

I want to start off by saying, if you want to experience horrible customer service, come here. Super rude and non caring. Niuri or niura i dont even know what her name is because she was yelling so loud at me that i couldn’t even understand her. I walked in with a puppy and instead of being nice, she started to scream at me and ask me if the pet was a service dog. Before i can even answer her question she continued to scream and tell me that i should know better than to bring a pet to any food place that she has dogs of her own and wouldnt dare to do what i did. She continued to rant and scream as i walked out defending myself because she was literally SCREAMING. It was so loud that a customer inside the store offered to hold my puppy outside… the other employee was trying to just make me my order because i was not even going to eat inside as this rude lady kept going at it with me. She claimed to be the “manager” and when i asked her what the store number was so i can contact corporate, she told me “look for it yourself” and “get out of my store already” by far the worse experience ever.

One of the worst service that I have seen in years, plus the y will try charge you extra!!! Asked for the sandwich of the day ($7.99) the lady told me that it was $8.87 because of the taxes.... I tried to explain to the lady that on my receipt clearly states that she or THE SYSTEM like she said was charging me $8.29 not her. That I should communicate with Management to fix the issue. Also, she states that I am the only person that has complained about it. Its not a mater of the cents difference, it's a matter of principle and training + plus the 2 employees ATTITUDE!!!!

Horrible service, we walked in at 9:30PM employee yelled at us while clapping her hands that we needed to hurry up since they were closing in " 30 minutes"!! How long did she think it would take to prepare a sandwich ? Did she believe that her agitated clapping would force us to order faster? If she were working anywhere else with that attitude, she would be FIRED immediately !
