DO NOT GO.
I placed an order for $33, and it was canceled just because it was over $30, which makes absolutely no sense. When I arrived at the store, instead of honoring the order or explaining properly, they told me I had to pay all over again and that the “system” cancel orders. No apology, no solution, and no respect for the customer. If you’re going to cancel orders, at least notify people clearly and don’t make them pay twice. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this Subway again.

1 would like to share a negative experience at this Subway franchise located at 20131 sw 127th ave store 25 miami fl 33177, the most recent in a series of issues that ultimately led me to contact non-emergency services.
1 placed a sandwich order, but upon arrival was told the store had not received it. I showed proof that my bank account had already been debited, yet the clerk refused to release the sandwich, stating the order had to appear in their system.
Believing this was a system glitch, I placed the order again and paid a second time, knowing I would have to resolve the duplicate charge with my bank- an unnecessary inconvenience. There was no apology or attempt at customer service recovery. Instead, the clerk displayed a poor attitude and refused to release the sandwich from the second transaction unless I signed the receipt. This was a debit transaction for under $8, not a credit purchase that would normally require a signature.
Non-emergency services were eventually contacted on my end, and I agreed to have the second transaction reimbursed. While the amount was minimal, the issue was never about the money. It was a matter of principle and poor customer service recovery which successful business display.
1 am sharing this experience to highlight the lack of professionalism, flexibility, and customer service at this location, and to make others aware of how poorly the situation was handled.

The worker was slow and didn't understand English properly. The restaurants was also slightly unclean. Worst of all they refused to take a digital discount despite scanning it, and then refused to let us cancel. We ended up walking out without ordering. JUST GO TO BURGER KING

They never get my order right. Last order they didn’t put cheese on any of my sandwiches. They always have only ONE person working during the busiest time. They really either should close the store or hire more EXPERIENCED workers who want to work and can fulfill orders CORRECTLY.

The lady was rude from the moment I walked in, acting like I was a bother to have around even though the place was empty. The whole thing was awkward and uncomfortable, I wish I would have driven further down the road and gone to a different Subway.

I understand we love in Miami but your staff should be able to speak Fluent English not just Spanish. I'm Hispanic born elsewhere live here Fluent in both languages. I would rather drive 5 to 8 miles more to get better service... not only was language an issue but wanting to follow my request for how I wanted my sandwich was apparently too much to ask. Sad this is not what the Brand stands for....ps. I'm a marketing senior VP for a company that I'd in your plaza

The brunette girl who is there working today, Monday, June 3, 8:25 am, should be fired. She serves horribly without any desire to work. In the end I had to leave empty-handed because she says I do want a sandwich. It has to be cold because the oven is not hot... the service is horrible, so despotic is the way it treats people... the lady behind me did the same bad thing and with a terrible attitude... I will never return to this place again... ??????

I don't know what's going on with this establishment but it has nothing to do with what it was. They prepared my prickly pear sandwich as if it had been buttered, the cheese couldn't be seen and when they heated it up, the cold broccoli soup was lost and it didn't have its peculiar flavor, in short, they have even covered up the protein part, I imagine so that the customer cannot see that it is no longer with the boleafora that they serve, say not with a palette. I asked the clerk why everything was so different and he smilingly told me that Yes, they had been modernized, I think they should also update the photo of the site so that people are not deceived because there is nothing to do with seeing the photos with reality. I hope it returns to being the usual subway.

I really think they should do an inspection of the measurements they serve in the sandwiches, I think they are violating the measurements of a franchise, I describe what the employees of this place are doing as a theft, I don't know if the administration will be aware but all the Measurements are low in proportion, in addition to the fact that the service is terrible and the delay is not worth mentioning, even my son who is 14 years old realized today that they had sent him everything very limited and low in quantities, terrible service and the quality of what he received was terrible. They serve is the worst SUBWAY® I have visited in yearsI really think they should make an inspection of the measures that serve in the sandwiches, I think they are violating the measures of a franchise, I describe as a robbery what the employees of this place are doing, I do not know if the administration will be aware but all the measures are low in proportion in addition to the fact that the service is lousy and the delay not to mention, even my son who is 14 years old realized today that everything had been dispatched very limited and low in quantities, service lousy and terrible the quality of what they serve is the Worst SUBWAY® I've visited for yearsApril 22, 2024

Unfortunately I don't have anything good to write about this place, terrible service, there is no interest in making something that looks appetizing, while we were waiting and the store was full one of the employees was sweeping the place and the other took forever to serve the customer who I had in front of me.... At this particular subway location, it is essential to have more than one sandwich artist present during dinner time. A single employee struggling to handle the workload is not acceptable. The consistent issue of only one staff member on duty during dinner service makes the customer experience unfavorable. It is unclear why the owner has not addressed this issue, whether it is a cost-saving measure, overburdening a single employee, or sheer greed. The lack of adequate staffing during peak hours is simply unacceptable. If this problem persists, contacting Subway Corporation will be necessary. This situation needs to be rectified promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
