I ordered a large meatball and a cookie and ask for a cup for water on 10-1-24. The two girls behind the counter said they had no cups for water. So I had a dry lunch. To the owner of the franchise, you just lost a customer.

I just left the subway that had the door cracked for the longest without fixing it. It’s fixed now don’t worry I just left cuz they’re in the back and me and the people waiting got tired of calling for them.They always have the worse employees there, always mad or alone and the other day got my order wrong to. Go to the Vicky bakery next door, way better service and sandwiches. Well at least there will be someone there working, not alone

The young lady that was working Thursday 5:56pm February 22 needs to grt fire, i was waiting for her for over 20 minutes to start taking my order, 3 people came behind me and 2 of them walked out. I stayed because i was hungry but i will never come to this subway again unless they have someone else working here that know how service works. I feel sorry for her but this is the second time has happen to me in a less than 2 weeks. If things are not ready when she gets to her shift then The prior shift has to have it ready. Or have more staff working, especially at that time. Also teach your employees manners!

Sunday 11/02/2024 at 7:27pm the girl who was serving told me that I had to wait 10 minutes, she never asked what I was going to bring, we were the only customers in the restaurant, we didn't buy anything we left because of the wait, very bad attitude and terrible customer service.

Walk in at 9pm a they were already putting stuff away and only had lettuce and tomatoes out ,then the lady said only take out when they close at 10 pm .She was clean and putting the food away with no gloves .

Young lady on duty virtually spoke no English at all, but fortunately at Subway it's easy to point to what you want and what you don't want.. she was apologetic and certainly did her best.
