Service was rude. Communication is not there. While prepping the food cross contamination seems to be not a concern at all. All of this in a Children’s Museum? Please do your family a favor and bring your own snacks/ quick meal.

Uber eats i ordered from. It took 45 minutes as compared to what the app showed as the driver cancelled the order to pick up 🥺🥺 i waited like 30 mins for the delivery guy to pick my order then drop it.

Nelson has no respect for a line or customers that don't flirt with him. I and other customers were skipper several times while waiting over an hour just for a sandwich. Some people who were waiting for pizza couldn't get pizza because the people that skipped bought it all. To top it off, in the middle of making my sandwich, Nelson put me on pause and started taking care of multiple women even giving them free things. Worst subway experience ever.

Subway - hard to order as not very organized and pretty small restaurant that is the only option at the Miami children museum. Floors were very dirty. Strongly recommend not eating at this restaurant.

Excellent service, the lady is Nicaraguan, very friendly, very respectful, good service, especially and the sandwiches from that restaurant. Kudos to the manager for having a great staff.

The only lady that was working there was the rudest person I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in with my new born baby and toddler in the double stroller she yelled at me and my family as we walked in. She was yelling in spanish no strollers what if I have an emergency!!?? only bring it in if you have a baby!!! - I was mortified and told her that there's a nicer way of saying things and not yell next time. She was one of those loud Cubans. (I am Cuban, myself) That lady needs to be fired. I didn't get her name. Never going back there. Don't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, the attention and service are not good. Also, be careful, as they will overcharge you if you give them the opportunity. If you are able to bring food, please do so. t's not worth enduring the unpleasant experience.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever visited and it shouldn’t belong in a Children’s Museum. I came here with my kids for a quick moment for them to eat their ice cream indoors, and I was even considering getting a sub. There was one man sweeping the floor and the whole place was empty. He asked us if we needed anything and proceeded to kick us out because we weren’t “customers”. I was taken aback as we weren’t a disturbance to the place as it was obviously empty. My kids were disappointed as we had to eat the ice cream outside and it melted quickly. I feel this man would’ve provided a better attitude towards us if I had spoken Spanish to him and I’m disgusted by the lack of empathy. This Subway should really consider the current standings of their employees as they seem biased towards certain demographics. Very disappointed and I will never visit again!!!

Staff is very rude and ef you’re from Spanish you have a lovely invite good service ef you’re not from Spanish or you’re not from USA u get very bad service and always same one he stye all day and every day in the shop because he has a girlfriend Nothing about respect this place look same a pub anyway a hope the big manager he do same thing about this staff or maybe the manger he looks Spanish the same staff ?? lm not stop lm go to sand my big report for this company this my report from Uk ??
