I'm not sure this is company wide or a franchise specific change but they no longer have flatbread or parmesan cheese. But today I asked for a cup of water. They said they didn't have cups *or* water available as I stared at cups and even confirmed that the water still flowed from the fountain machine. I'm assuming the franchise owner is cutting costs but they can't afford tap water lmao.

If I could give this place a rating in the negatives, I would. These subway workers fail to take your order correctly in the way you ask for it. Horrible service.
Tell me how you mistake TOMATO for MAYO..? And when told of your mistake, you do NOTHING to fix it… The worker completely ignored me when I pointed it out.
If you have the craving for a sub, go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else, but HERE. You will leave feeling dissatisfied with your sandwich and not enjoy every bite you take, LIKE YOU SHOULD.
I’m disappointed…but that’s why this subway has a 3.8 rating as of the moment.
It may be open till’ 1 AM, but it’s not worth it.

I got home with my meatball sub and the meatballs are freezing. This is horrible, I’ve called 4 times now to speak to someone and no one answers. The service was terrible when I was there, 3 girls talking to each other while I am waiting to order

Horrible customer service! We called the lady and she was very rude, and was lying to us about what we ordered. My boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes so we mentioned to not add any, but we still received his sandwich with tomatoes. My sandwich had many items missing, the entire order almost all wrong.

Not the best customer service. only giving two stars because the cookies are good. I only come to subway for the cookies but i saw they had a chicken pesto sandwich and i enjoy pesto. not only was the foot long meat ball sub i ordered for my boyfriend cheaper than my 6 inch chicken pesto... but they didn't even have pesto to begin with. I would have argued about the price at the register but the lady didn't seem like she was having a good night and I just got out of work, i don't feel like arguing with anyone. extremely disappointed in my sandwiches. cookies are ok :(
