Not so much Subway- but by this particular employee. We went to this subway on 12/9/22 at 9:00pm and the employee behind the counter (a lady with long dark hair, very rude, no manners at all, not even when we greeted her twice. She completely ignored us as we patiently waited. The place was empty and she appeared to be processing an online order. But again, not even acknowledging we were there. Extremely rude. Didn’t even tell us to wait while she finished, etc. We appeared to bother her by just being clients. After about 10 minutes of being ignored - we left to the another Subway on Sunset and 87th ave - and had EXCELLENT service. Too bad an employee attitude can make such a difference.

If I could, I would definitely give this location a ZERO. I ordered a subway and a coke online for lunch today. They use DoorDash for delivery. If they use them, the manager of subway has to be responsible for customer satisfaction. Long story short, I had to leave my job to come down and get my “delivery” which was not complete. The driver only delivered the coke. All she said was this is the only thing that showed in the receipt. To sum this up, it’s has been the most expensive coke I have bought all my life. Subway and DoorDash charged me almost $9.00. I understand DoorDash charges fees. However, they were located across the street from my building. Subway manager was rude to me. She didn’t try to help at all. It is sad to say, people don’t want to work lately. In addition to that, most servers in Miami restaurants give you an attitude. I’m very disappointed.

Very impressed and very happy with the service! The establishment was very clean and organized! I’ve been to other fast food restaurants and this one was better by far!The staff was very professional and our order didn’t take long at all!
I’m a regular customer here and every time I come here I’m treated very well with wonderful customer service and always greeted good morning by the manager.This is a wonderful subway to go to I definitely recommend this location .

the worst service i asked for a take away order the app said ready get off i spoke to the cashier in a polite way and he answered me in an inappropriate tone i was with my baby in my arms i saw my bag with my name on it and i just wanted to see if it was already there and the cashier he shouted at me your order is not ready and he argued with me it is not a polite way to treat a client they must select their employees better so that they can give a better service I do not recommend this establishment because the behavior of one of its cashiers is terrible

Customers it doesn't matter if employees are wearing a mask on chin or not wearing one. Just wear it yourself and don't worry about the employees
