Google and the front door says the restaurant closes everyday at 10pm. I placed an online order for pickup at 9:05 and the worker canceled the order and claims the restaurant closes at 9pm on Sundays. I didn’t get notified he canceled it so I showed up. I knocked and the worker opened up and said they close at 9pm and I said everything says 10pm. He replied in Spanish “the signs say one thing but the owner tells me to close at 9 on Sundays” and laughs and closes and locks the door in my face

Just bought a sandwich from here, to go. The bread is not fresh and neither is the meat. If I were closer to them I would surely take it back. Definitely not going back there.

I give them 2 stars; 1 for the food and 1 for the gentleman who kindly billed us for the food, but the attention of the lady who prepared the food was pitiful. He didn't even respond to us at the end and zero kindness. (Sunday, February 12, 2023, 3:20 p.m.).

From the past few reviews, it seems like only those who don't like write a review, which is unfair. I love this place compared to other Subways on Kendall drive. Even though it's far from my home, I prefer to drive here for food. Staff is amazing.. My personal favorite subway, Thank you folks!!
Horrible, white guy with tattoos was rude to my friend Sunday morning. Guy had no idea how to talk to the customer, Management is desperate to hire anybody, you can tell. The sandwich wasn’t fresh either, go to another subway.
