Yesterday, I felt like having a Sandwich and Reading all day. I went to the local subway and sat down with books and fruit in hand. I sat down and began to read while others were being serviced. I decided to pay for a delicious Delight Veggie 6" Sandwich and sat back down. After 20 minutes of book study, I realized that my sandwich did not come to my table. I approach the young lady behind the counter and showed her my receipt. However, time had passed and we could not recall who had charged me. She did not recognize me as I did not recognize her. We questioned the receipt for a total of 2 minutes then she simply said, "I will contact the manager". I was happy to see her take initiative and after she left the message, she simply went ahead with making me the sandwich. I felt like she took Special Care of me and even gave me the bonus of warming up the Sandwich. I was proud of her Managerial Skills!

Get the picture, I went yesterday to dine in post Covid19 during lunchtime & bathrooms are closed to customers yet every other business in the shopping center including all food establishments have restrooms open to customers. You won't see me ever in this Subway location. Poor judgement & lazy staff to sanitize.

CAREFUL! if you can see my pictures, please look. I ordered a tuna sandwich and they apparently skipped the tuna. So as funny as it sounds, try to think past skipping the tuna in my sandwich.

Worst service ever. The manager is rude and why if there's two people at the store they leave the front area alone.Also, if you need to replace a cup because it fell on the floor she will charge you because that is part of inventory and will tell you that with an attitude they need to be retrained on how to speak to others.
