The subway says what time they will open but, they do not open then the lady inside hides and when she saw we weren't going away she stated she would be open in an hour if your hours are posted that is the time you open you do not make it up as you go along. This is not acceptable

Do not order online from this store or at least make sure to check that you get what you ordered before leaving. Ordered two subs and got the right kind of sandwich but all the addons (i.e. Cheese, Sauce, Vegetables...) were way off on not one but both.

There has been several times when I go to this subway to have for diner. Ordered online or just to make an order and they are ALWAYS CLOSED. Today I draw the limit. The manage wants to make money, then hire people who want to work. Today I came at 10pm and the door was locked and lights off. The girl was I don’t know what she was doing and waves closed. The sign and Google says it closes at 11pm. THATS A WHOLE HOUR!! Terrible terrible terrible.

I typically have a wonderful experience when shopping at subway. The older lady is nice & professional, although her English isn’t great. However, the young lady is rude unprofessional & ugly inside & out. I was very nice & patient as she made other sandwiches for grubhub. She acted as if me standing there was annoying her or something? And she didn’t put my money in my hand she left on the counter as if she had a problem with me. Anyway, I will continue to eat my subway in a neighborhood we pay taxes in.
If you going to lock the door before it’s even 11 don’t have your hours set to 11:30, by doing that you allow the app to charge people for food they are not going to get. Thanks.

Horrible. The one star you are forced to give or the review will not get posted is a -1. I ordered a salad and they only put veggies and bologna. Their phone was busy so I couldn't even speak to anyone. They got the sandwich wrong and didn't give me two of the cookies that were part of the meal. You are better off going to Jersey Mike. Don't waste your money
