Subpar subway, and the quality of facility is AWFUL. They overcharged for the two subs we ordered. We only noticed after we left, but they selected a different sandwich entirely to the two identical subs that we ordered (upcharging us an extra $5 in total). I would avoid this location.

Im 51 years old, I’m a Miami-Dade County employee for the last 28 years. I walked into this Subway today for lunch, I was super amazed that I could not use the bathroom. I would like to at least be able to wash my hands before eating an overpriced sandwich. I understand not letting people who are not customers use the bathroom. I’m a customer paying $17 for a sandwich, soda and Damn cookie and can’t wash my hands. This is insane. The food was good, but this Subway will be out of business real soon if they don’t step it up a notch.P.S I’ve never ever written a Bad review I always help local businesses with positive reviews. I went there 9 hours ago and in still upset. I can’t understand why a person who orders a sandwich pays leave a tip is not aloud to use a restroom. If restrooms are not available to paying customers, I wonder how clean the person making my sandwich is.

I had to put up with the lack of respect from the clerk who told me that he couldn't attend to me because I had an order only and that it was his priority to make that order first than to attend to me physically since I was in the store by order of the store manager. The store is a priority for orders only to attend to and make the people in the store wait. The worker did not want me. Giving your name is a total lack of respect for them to tell you that until they place the order they cannot serve me. This happened today 04/21/2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon on the subway located in Biscayne

We had a group of adults coming to eat but was so disgusted by the disrespectful young man behind the counter as 3 of us were ordering that I told the rest of our group to go to Mexican place across from Arts center for happy hour instead. We 3 ordered footlong heros. We were told we could use the restroom and to wait until we got our order. After we were finally served after he literally argued with us about everything, we paid and he told us we could not use the restroom, even though I told him it was an emergency. We spent over $40. We were told we couldn't have extra marinara sauce for my meatball sub. The guy was the rudest server I have ever experienced. He didn't give us the key to bathroom because he wanted a tip after such horrible service. I love Subway, but would never go to this location and would advise anyone that wants to be treated like a human being to go here either. He was so nasty and there was nobody else working there. Normally we go to New York pizza but they were closed last night. We were all dressed exquisitely for the opera and treated like we were trash. He tried to overcharge me as well and had an attitude when I told him my hero was not that expensive as he tried to charge me.

Today 04/31/2024, an American center attended me in this place, what a bad way he has with clients, people like that should not work providing services, admin take action on the matter, hire nice people and get that guy out of there
