This near Omni bus station, chickens and roosters all around. No place else to sit, eat or wait for buses and it’s near the school. They raised their prices and give less food. It’s loaded with homeless people out front. The first time I called them to find their address so I can have uber pick us up, the hung up on me, no English. Why in the world with no competition are they so bad? I just don’t get it? Why doesn’t anyone else open something near by?

The guy with black hair is unpleasant from the moment he walks in. He treats you like a homeless person, not even saying hello. After eating, I tried to wash my hands in the restroom, but it was locked. When I asked if I could have a bathroom key, the guy replied insolently that there wasn't one, and then went to the back, not caring about the customer

I walked into the place urgently needing to use the restroom, but the young man told me it was only for customers. I had no choice but to leave. That felt extremely disrespectful and lacking in basic human decency.

Hispanic guy with black hair was so busy thinking I wanted something for free he never understood me saying I’m choking I’ll buy a drink he goes on to make a racially driven comment that “you people always want something for free “ I work nearby and always patronized this location but never again that guy needs to be fired his ideology is completely disgusting

Food is ok, but the personnel is of poor listening skills. I work near by, and on the only two occasions my order where made incorrectly. The knowledge of the menu is horrid by the personnel. I will DEFINITELY never enter this subway.
