I was greeted again with a big smile from Lourdes the preparer behind the counter. She was very, very, pleasant ? and very efficient with my order. There was a gentleman sweeping the dining area carefully. The food was fresh, food area was clean and organized. I received some coupons in the mail immediately, my husband went to this subway and the person who attended rudely told him that in that subway they did not receive them, the expiration date was correct and the restaurant applied to the promotions, however in a bad way they told him no.

Placed an online order for five sandwiches. The sandwiches were improperly wrapped, not labeled and we couldn't tell if anyone had touched the sandwiches "post" being prepared. We called to complain, and the employee did not seem to care. Terrible customer service.
