The employee that attended us was quick, friendly, and organized. It's honestly a breath of fresh air compared to many other times we've been attended by a fast food employee. We have a Subway nearer to our house, but we wouldn't mind driving a bit further to come to this location.

Placed an online order for five sandwiches. The sandwiches were improperly wrapped, not labeled and we couldn't tell if anyone had touched the sandwiches "post" being prepared. We called to complain, and the employee did not seem to care. Terrible customer service.

My low rate is not about the subway is about the employee I order a wrap and the quality very low like mini wrap I take wraps 2 o 3 times week so I know how is the real quality of a subway wrap and is not the mini wrap I gethappens today April 7 at 1pm.

Total lack of customer service, and respect. This location only has 1 person working tonight. I have been sitting inside for over 45mins to place an order in person. The person, a blonde older female, continued to accept online orders and prepare them. I asked her if she could take my order before starting the next one, and her response was that they ordered before me. Before I asked for my order to be placed there was 3 walk ins and 2 uber drivers that walked out. The entire time she continued to take orders and ignore any walk ins. Once I asked if she could take my order she got very rude saying how people don't understand that she was alone. Granted that is management's fault, but her attitude, is why I'm writing. I walked out but she continued to be rude to those that were there still there, even the few customers that were helping her by handing her the chips for the online orders. There was no need to ignore and mistreat the customers that were in the store. This location needs a complete retraining of its staff and management.

I Love subway I always get footlong sub combo.Place is always cleaned and well maintain.There is inside seating.Soda,juice,chips & plenty of parking.There is handycap too.
